Deal with bad clients all the time? You're not alone on this one. But for the sake of business, you keep the show running.
Dear Supplier,
I know your experience with this particular customer wasn't a positive one. But still you need to deliver your order real soon. Its the professional thing to do. Regardless, how difficult the buyer's personality is. Just finish up the order to avoid any negative reviews about your product and services, and make sure to keep this client in your black list. We're also keeping an eye out for such unpleasant transactions.
Thanks,
Rupert

Cancelled Transaction and Delivery
Dear Sir:
Thank you for your email.
We would like to inform you that your transaction has been CANCELLED.
For your inquiry, indeed the branch we have provided you has a delivery. However, every branch has a certain area that they can deliver to. Unfortunately, the area you have provided is no longer covered by the delivery of the said branch. Thus, the suggestion for the alternative pick-up area.
Please advise if said branch is convenient for you so that we can promptly process your order and inform your the branch about the matter.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and we thank you for your continued patronage.
Thank you and we hope to hear from you soon!
Regards,
