Leave Letter for Passport Appointment

Dear HR Officer,

I am filing an early leave for my scheduled Passport Appointment at the embassy. Do know that I cannot missed this date as it would require me to file for a slot again, and the wait will take another 3 months. I need my passport for the travel training programs scheduled by the company this year.
