My son Ryan Biggs will be missing school for 3 days. We are at the hospital for treatment due to his severe nosebleeds. He has undergone a scan which revealed a bleeding clot up his nasal tract.

Headache Excuse Letter

Dear Siobhan,

I've been having periodic migraine attacks since yesterday, mostly throbbing on my temples. Unfortunately, this is no ordinary headache. The pain is horrid and I'm on analgesics and other strong medications. I will come to work once the pain becomes tolerable. I'm sorry I know the timing is such an inconvenience right now with the deadlines and all. But once I am better I will get things in order.
