Inquiry Letter on Online Items for Sale

What are the important questions to ask when purchasing items online. Here is a sample letter from a buyer to an online seller.

Hello Seller,

I'm Tom Stadler, I hail from Chelsea, Wyoming. I came across your advertisement on rare hobbyist tools such as the mini scroll saw and micro jig saw. I am very interested in purchasing your items which you offer for sale.

I have been searching for these kinds of items for such a long time as these tools are not available at regular hardware stores.

Please kindly get back to me as soon as possible with the necessary answers with these questions in mind:

• Are you the first owner?
• What is the present condition of these items?
• What is your final asking price?

And I will also like you to send me photos to enable me to view what I intend to purchase. I would like to inform you that my form of payment is through check or cerdit card. You may call me at 555-5500-833 or sale_hobbyist@gmail.com

I await your urgent response so that we can proceed further.

Regards,
Tom

Sales Letter Offering Special Services

Dear Chelsea,

If you've ever wanted to learn scuba diving but never got the opportunity, my friend Jane and her husband James are offering a basic course in scuba diving. It's a beginner's course so they will teach you everything you need to know about scuba diving. They also have more advanced courses available.

Learn scuba diving and finally get the opportunity to explore the underwater world. Get ready for the summer season and enjoy the water more than the snokelers. Be close and personal with the small and BIG fishes, coral reefs, wrecks and more. Take one exciting and unforgettable experience in the water.

I actually got my Scuba Diver's Certificate last year and it was one of the best experiences of my life. It's pretty easy, if I can do it, I'm sure you can too!

If you want to try something new and fun, bring your friends, head up to one of the country's great diving sites and go scuba diving!

For more information, please contact them at 555-5555 or dirtdiver@info.com

Please forward this to all your friends in case any of them are interested in doing something fun and exciting!

Regards,
Bettina La Fea

Marketing Letter for Baked Goods

Perfect for Moms with a bake business in the community. The letter discusses the baker's passion then transition to entrepreneur, also the availability of her products within the local market.

Marketing Letter for Pastries, Sales Letter for Selling Baked Goods at the Market, Sales letter for Home-based food business

---

Dear [Name],

Food has always been my passion.

After a stint in a commissary that produces pastries for a popular coffee chain, I decided to fire up my oven and invest in my own pastry business.

My pastries come in a variety of delectable flavors - chocolate, mocha, vanilla-pecan, cheese and banana. I like to add a little artistry to my baked goodies, they are a combination of the culinary and visual arts.

My company [name] has basically grew from word-of-mouth advertising, most of my customers are moms with kids and school cafeterias. I also do big orders for weddings, company functions and birthday parties.

This coming Sunday market at the [place], my pastries will be on sale at booth #12. Hope you can come and have a taste test of my delicious treats.

If you are interested to place a big order, you may call me at [phone]. I can prepare the pastry boxes two days ahead of time.

Sincerely,
Letterbarn
