Dear Airline Company,
Your service is terrible! First flight got cancelled, now my re-booked
flight is delayed. Two strikes today, you better not make it 3. We have a connecting flight at the next terminal, that we seriously should not miss!

Customer Product Complaint Letter
Dear Gary,
I was excited until I saw the whole product and it just looks so bad. I mean I could have bought something else worth my money. I felt the photo online was a bait and switch. I'm down to do what it takes to make the company know that we customers ain't happy with this kind of marketing ploy. We want quality and we really expect such especially from establishments such as yours. Please let me know what you plan to do about it.

Customer Complaint Letter: Handling Queue Jumpers and People Cutting in Line
Need to get the attention of the manager just to improve a business service. Here's a letter that's sure to get their attention:
Dear Manager,
I'm really upset about your service. I get it you have long queues in the morning, and only have 3 people manning the counters. But queue jumpers are people I can't really stand, and your staff aren't addressing the problem or calling out on the rude behavior of such customers. I do not want to start my mornings having fights while waiting in line. Please improve your customer service first, no matter how you much you rebrand your name and renovate your store, if your customer service remains lousy, you can't fool us.

Sample Letter Complaining about Employee Behavior at Work
A complaint letter addressing the issue of a co-worker's behavior and performance at work which is affecting the whole department team. The letter is given to human resources hoping that the employee's personal issues may be resolved through intervention by their immediate superiors.
Dear Human Resources Officer,
As you all know, I have nothing but great respect for those I work with everyday. But lately, Cristina's tardiness (coming in late, long lunch breaks and disappearing during work hours) is really affecting our production process. We really need her to be here for us and focused on her tasks. We cannot proceed to do our own jobs unless she finishes up the assembly forms assigned to her. And we are running out of time to make the May 27th deadline.
I would like to help her by informing you that Cristina may have a serious problem in her life right now that is affecting her work. I know how important and loyal she is to the company. I trust that you will do the right thing by talking to her. We are very concerned for her welfare.
I hope you will be able to help her out.
If you would like me to explain the situation further, please let me know.
Best Regards,
Joey

Complaint Letter from a Parent Addressed to the School regarding the Harrassment and Bullying of a Student
A complaint letter from a concerned parent regarding the harrassment and bullying of her son in class. The letter is addressed to the Principal with a call for immediate action.
Dear Principal Victoria,
Recently, these boys have brought an air rifle to school to show off to their peers and during recess, the said air rifle was lost and the blame is being place on my son. They are accusing Alex of theft. This is not true. My son is a well-mannered boy, we have made it a point to raise him with good values and respect for other's rights and property. My son has told me of his predicament in school over the weekend, all the bullying and the harassment he has gone through. He is very uncomfortable of bringing this up to his teacher as he is afraid of being branded a snitch by his peers. However, I see that my son can no longer endure such treatment and he is willing to talk about the situation with these boys at your office.
Moreover, I am shocked that an item such an air rifle has gone unnoticed in the school premises. It maybe considered a toy, but it is not a child's plaything, an air rifle is meant to be used under the supervision of adults. Also the presence of such a weapon may cause harm to other children.
If possible, I would like to request for a meeting with you and his teacher, even perhaps the boys' parents to address the issue. I am kindly asking your office for help with this matter.
Thank you very much
Mrs. Bea Ness
