Offer Letter: Tender of Performance

An Offer is a manifestation of the willingness of a person to enter into a bargain, so made as to justify another person in understanding that his assent to that bargain is invited and will conclude it.

Dear Mr. Sallis,

As an offer was made, it follows that acceptance must be completed at the latest when performance is tendered. A tender of performance, so bargained for and given in exchange for the offer, ordinarily furnishes consideration and creates a contract This is so whether or not the tender carries with it any incidental promises.

So please follow through with your written promise before your daughter incurs more large liabilities.

Thank you,
Mr. Houghton

Securing Contract Payment Client Letter

Here's a letter o nudge your client a bit to finally sign the contract or lock the pricing on your quotes.

Dear Camille,

Hope you could hit me up this Tuesday? I really need to have a word with you and maybe finally lock the pricing on our latest project. We really need to move forward on this and sign the paperwork, so we could meet your event dates and deadlines. On our end, we're just very excited to get the ball rolling.

Thanks,
Klaus
