Dear Manager,
The job title posted in the job site is quite misleading. The employer is not only looking for a secretary with clerical experience but someone who has bookkeeping and accounting background. Maybe an accountancy graduate or CPA would best fit for the job. Please do correct this erratum immediately.

Follow Up Letter on Job Application to Human Resources
Dear HR,
Thank you for giving me an interview last August 3 for the Engineer position in the company. I really appreciate the effort of the HR staff that my qualifications for the position really suited my background. I think its a good match.
In line with this, I would like to know the status of my application, if the results will further take days or weeks? As I am also looking into other opportunities at the moment. If I am not selected for some reason, it would help to know so I can move forward with my career plans. I hope you understand. Please let me know when you have a free moment.
