Meeting Preparations Letter

Dear Russ,

Yes, Monday is possible. The updated brief is the most important thing at the moment, as I would like to forward the material to the group so that they can prepare for the meeting. Since all of them are busy people that work hard and travel a lot, I would like to give them enough time to prepare for the meeting with you.

With best regards,
Henley

Meeting Moved Letter

Dear Mason,

Unfortunately, my meeting was suddenly moved to another date, since I am here, maybe we could enjoy some of the fine things in South city together. We might as well have dinner at Giuseppe's Tavern and have their famous shrimp bisque. See you at 7pm

Sorry I Can't Do Meeting Letter

Dear Shiela,

Sorry but I'm busy with the West Conference as of late. Today is its third and last day of our exhibit, though I will be flying out in a few hours, I'm feeling quite unwell for a meet-up. Maybe next week?

Regards,
Tara

Let's Meet Letter

Dear Steve,

My nerves are getting the best of me. I need to talk to someone.
Can we meet up at the deli where you work? Its five minutes from my place and they have the best meatloaf sandwich.

Call for Meeting Letter

An informal letter asking the client for a meeting over coffee

Hello Roger,

Thank you for getting back to me on the project.

When are you available next week? What's the ideal time and place to meet up to discuss the contract? I'm thinking over coffee somewhere near your office. Will you be at the tech conference on Tuesday? Maybe we could have coffee by then and invite the whole team as well.

Regards,
John
