Dear Officemates,
To the terrible person spreading malicious lies, your ignorance on the subject matter is not an excuse, please educate yourself before you open your mouth, if you have no idea about something then don't say anything, don't spread rumors. You're just bringing down team morale.
To our supervisor - I think the worst part is why do we even need to justify this idiot and others like him, what we have done and sacrificed for this company. It's like trying to convince someone who still believes the earth is flat that it's actually round. Our energy is better spent elsewhere. This person should just be stripped from his position or be advised to tender his resignation.
Regards
Mabel

Overtime Pay Dispute Letter
Concerns about unpaid overtime should be called out and addressed quickly. Here are some overtime pay letters:
Dear Human Resources,
We have put in the hours and emailed you accordingly. Please be prompt in addressing our salary concerns. There is a huge dispute in the amount we are getting every pay day, some do not reflect the overtime pay we have put in and as you are aware of- even approved. All we ask is that the salary deficits be settled ASAP.
Thank you,
Employee

Human Resources reply to over time dispute:
Dear Employees,
There is no need to follow up on the pay scale confirmations and other overtime pay disputes. Our accounting department is handling the matter already and they will email each of you in due time.
Please be patient. Everyone will get paid.
