Request Letter for Extension of Probation as Teacher

For teachers, the first three months of probation is crucial. Areas of concern should be address via an appeal letter to the Board of Education before any appraisal for tenure is made.

Dear Education Board,

I would like to request your kind of office for an extension of time to achieve my teacher's license.  The Teachers on Reserve (TOR) for Marymount High School came in too late into the semester and this is conflicting with my review schedule for the upcoming licensure exam for teachers. Unfortunately, my probation period is also coming to an end on March 8, 2012.

I am seriously seeking a permanent position as a faculty member and the licensure exam is all I need to complete the Board requirements prior to my performance review. This is the basis for permanent position.

I am a devoted and dedicated mentor and I feel I am very much qualified for this profession given the time and opportunity. I respectfully appeal to the Board to grant me the necessary extension.

Thank you very much

Sincerely yours,

Grace

Termination of Lease Letter

Kicking a tenant of a unit can be tricky, it would be ideal to just settle things amicably without getting into any misunderstanding or dispute. This letter is for the tenant reminding that the end of lease is near and should be looking into a new home.

Dear Sookie,

In lieu of our current situation, I would like to remind you of our termination of lease of agreement that we entered into last of 25, March 2012.

I would like to kindly point out the following terms in our agreement:

• Landlord and Tenant hereby mutually terminate and cancel the Lease effective March 25, 2012. Tenant hereby releases to Landlord all right, title and interest in and to the Premises that Tenant may have acquired by reason of the Lease.

• Tenant will vacate the Premises and surrender possession to the Landlord Three (3) months prior on the effective date hereof, free of all occupants.  The Premises shall be delivered to Landlord in the same condition as they were at the commencement of the Lease, reasonable wear and tear excepted.

Please refer to your copy of the complete End of a lease Contract for all the specifics of our arangement as Landlord and Tenant.

I am adamant that we settle this matter as soon as possible.

Sincerely,

Subhra the Landlord

Letter Asking Boss Not to Deduct Salary Due to Absence

Dear Sir,

I will be attending our meeting this afternoon as scheduled.

Unfortunately, after organizing most of the project for our department, I am unable to attend the programme on Tuesday due to a family emergency. Please note I am filing an official leave of absence on that day, please kindly send notice to the accounting department not to deduct a day's work from my salary. I hope you understand my predicament and the hard work I also put into the present programme.

Hoping for your approval.

Sincerely,
Onyeka
