We Are On Vacation Letter

Dear Tess,

We are currently in Texas visiting Dan's sister. Leaving today to head to the Oaks, just to visit grand kids on spring break. This is like what I imagine a summer vacation to be like. We're getting enough sun here! Yes there's dancing at night and the beach parties. I would have loved this in my younger years, always doing this type of stuff outdoors. I sure would like to be in good shape to go hiking now, still have enough energy though for someone my age, not bad. Still got the knees for it!

See you soon. We'll be back in a few days!

Excuse Letter for Work Due to Conjunctivitis

Dear Manager,

I won't be coming in today. I have been advised to take some rest till my condition clears out. I have viral conjunctivitis which is unfortunately contagious. However, you may send me messages for emergencies concerning the current project I'm handling.

Thank you,
Victor

Dealing with Promotion Letter: Office Letters

Dear Sarah,

This is great and all, but what power does she have? I feel it's just one of those ceremonial appointments, and all the decision-making is centralized within the real powers that be. She is just an instrument, trained for years to prepare herself for this position. Albeit, groomed to perfection. Now she can act out their instructions and intentions, and take the fall whenever it suits them. I really feel sorry for her. The smart choice would be for her would be to turn down this promotion.

Arrival of Newborn Letter: Baby Announcement

Dear Friends and Family,

Proud to announce the arrival of our newborn, the cutest member of our family - Chloe!
Both mommy and baby are doing fine. I'm proud of my beautiful wife Juliet who had to put up many hours of labor and with one forceful push was able to deliver this little gorgeous new being into our lives.

We are so happy! Just happy and delighted! So if you have time come on over at Room 120 at Saint Eclaire's Maternity Ward. Baby Chloe would be happy to have visitors every afternoon.
