Travel Arrangements Letter

Dear Camille,

Attached in this letter, please find your airport transfer booking confirmation. My assistant booked it under the company's name. When you walk towards the exit gate (after you get your luggage and pass the customs gate) please find the concierge counter.

The hotel is called Royale Hotel Regalia. They already have your name, so you just need to present your passport and tell them that you're our guest.

If you need anything, call me at 555-2617

Have a safe flight! Can't wait to see you both soon!

Warmest regards,
Lolita May

We Are On Vacation Letter

Dear Tess,

We are currently in Texas visiting Dan's sister. Leaving today to head to the Oaks, just to visit grand kids on spring break. This is like what I imagine a summer vacation to be like. We're getting enough sun here! Yes there's dancing at night and the beach parties. I would have loved this in my younger years, always doing this type of stuff outdoors. I sure would like to be in good shape to go hiking now, still have enough energy though for someone my age, not bad. Still got the knees for it!

See you soon. We'll be back in a few days!

Thank You for Making My Travel Special

Hello Friends,

Thank you so much my friends for meeting me and take me around your country. I'm happy and enjoyed here as much as the traffic is bad. Though its just a short stay I was able to get to see the sights. Sorry for the pals I couldn't met, I know our schedules are so tight and I understand if you couldn't make it. Next time I will come back here again with enough time on my itinerary to see you all. I had a truly great trip

Thanks,
Shonda

Hello Friends We're In Town Letter

Say to Hello Friends that you're in town with this letter:

To all our friends in Georgia,

We are on our first stop, arrived in Atlanta this am with the wife. They say a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. I am looking forward to seeing you all along with friends and family along the way. Sheila is more excited than I am! Let's all have dinner tonight.

Bon Voyage Letter: Wishing You Best Travels

Dear Kyle

Just for kicks I made you a cake. Something you could munch on while on the road. I'm glad you've decided to take this vacation.

I've thought about doing something like this myself, traveling alone with all the essentials, but I'm not ready just yet.

Let me know how it goes.

Bon Voyage!
Janine

Travel to the Beach Letter

Dear Susie,

The northwest beach is a wonderful place to visit this time of the year. I've been there myself and the water is so beautiful. I would recommend it this summer.

Be happy and enjoy life!

Thank You Letter for Showing Us Around

Dear Ruben,

Thanks for coming over at the last minute and for showing us around the local sights. It really made our trip extra special. Now that we're back home, settled and all. We finally got your email about your hiking trip along the trails.

We'd like to have breakfast with you on the 24th when you're in town. If not maybe even meet you for a beer, or a cup of coffee, we know a good place. We just want to return the favor and have a good time. We should meet before you head up camping.

Give us a call.

Dan and Michelle

Travel Itinerary Letter

Hello Fellow Travellers,

Here's our itinerary for the trip. Please note the following:

1) The gala is a black-tie affair.  Men are requested to be in a suit and the ladies in a cocktail dress.

2) Food  to be served  during the gala dinner is non-Halal.  Please  e-mail me if you are a Muslim, vegetarian or have medical concerns about your meals (less/no fat, less sodium).  We will arrange the appropriate cuisine for you.

3) For the Day Tour, please wear comfortable clothes.  It's hot in the city right now. We'll be at the Bay area in the morning and the rest of the tour is in South Central in the afternoon.

See you all and let's enjoy!

Regards,
Ruby
