Happy New Year Letter to Boss: Thank You letter Supervisor

Dear Boss,

Its been a good year of working together. I would just like to take the time to thank you and wish you happy holidays!

As you know I'm being reassigned to another office, so let me take this opportunity just to say a few things at hand. Things that I would say has made my stay at the South branch a successful endeavor.

Thank you for always being on point with site issues, your direct no-bull and no-nonsense approach keeps us on our toes, all the while having genuine consideration for our lives beyond the office walls. Its this kind of work-life balance mindset that makes us appreciate being this department under your wing.

As always, never lose your sense of humor and good luck with the next team coming in. Wish you the best for 2016!

Thank You Colleagues for Award Letter

Dear Co-Workers,

It's not the compliments and praises that make this award very special. It's the commitment and support you've shown along the way towards completing this project of ours. All that hard work makes this very night an important celebration for us as colleagues, something we should all cherish as a wonderful memory especially for those about to hit retirement like me. I mean that in a good way. This is my big thank you to everyone who I missed when I was called up for this award. It's not that I forgot you guys intentionally, but I was so overwhelmed, I just said whoever came to mind at that moment. But some, if not most, should have their names really celebrated because they made this possible - that's you - Marnie, Stan, Florence and Eve from Marketing.

Thanks for the encouragement.

Always,
Georgie

My Phone is Dead Letter: Cannot Be Reach

Dear Lucy,

Sorry if you can't reach me lately. My phone had a little accident yesterday.

I forgot to empty my damn pockets after a long work day and my new phone had to go through several wash cycles in the laundry. I'm too scared to turn it on right now. I feel so bad that I might have lost all our family photos, yes the baby photos too. So now the phone is drying out in a bag of rice. Hopefully this would absorb the moisture. I hope the inner parts don't corrode just yet.  I think I've done everything that needs to be done after stupidly getting my phone wet. My last resort of course is to take it to a cell phone repair store that deals with water damage restoration. I'm leaving my phone off for a few days and getting a kosher phone just to get some calls in.  I'm afraid the $100 apple insurance won't cover water damage with my new iPhone.

Wish me luck on this one. Hope it comes back from the dead.

See you,
Brandon

Sample Authorization Letter for PRC ID : Licensure Exam ID or Board Passer ID

The Professional Regulation Commission oversees the licensing of various professions and occupations under its jurisdiction. If you passed a national Licensure Examination, the PRC will release and grant you a professional identification card to present to employers or government agencies.

If you are not within the country to claim your PRC license card, here's a sample authorization letter to claim your PRC ID.

--

To Whom It May Concern,

This is to authorize Armandino Joshua G. Cuesta to process and claim my PRC license on my behalf. I am currently working abroad in Qatar, and I would need to renew my license before the said date of expiry. Attached with this letter are my valid ID and picture.

I would appreciate any kind of assistance your office may extend to him with regards to this matter.

Thank you very much
Kathryn Pacitabelle Cuesta

Visiting Friends at Christmas Letter

Dear Hailey,

I’ve been to Frankfurt years ago. I’d love to return with my family in tow especially for this Christmas holiday. I wasn’t sure how to get everyone on board on this, since I guess it would be too cold this season, still looking at your photos the idea seems wonderful. Time to plan the road trip ahead. If ever we'll come visit, we'll bring the fruitcake.

Love,

Monito Monita Letter

Dear Monito,

All I want for Christmas is a soft plush neck brace that you can buy at the dollar store or Daiso. You can get me the furry pink or purple one. I'm quite excited to find out who you are. Even if there's no rule about giving your Monito or Monita anything back, I might have a bit of a surprise for you, it ain't much, but in the spirit of the holidays, I would like to share a little token with you.

Looking forward to the big reveal.

Love,
Monita

Christmas Party Letter

Hi Guys,

As you all know, the most wonderful time of the year is at hand, so I'm organizing our Christmas party this early, so we can all have a stress-free time during the holidays. We are going to have the annual Secret Santa gift giving around mid-December, but don't worry no need to maxed-out your credit cards, all gifts will not exceed $20. And to keep our carbon footprint low, you can use recycled paper, excess office print outs or old newspapers as wrapping paper.

To keep things festive, there will be a Christmas Dance Off between departments. Those who want to join our Frozen themed videoke night, please sign up with Joey.

And don't forget to wear red on December 22, our official Christmas party date.

FYI Santa will be there.

Merry Christmas!

Christmas Get Together with Friends Letter

Dear Stan,

I had a long conversation with Robby about what exactly we should do for the Christmas weekend. We're getting tickets for the new Star Wars movie and arrange a tour group to see the local sites. Plus we're hitting bars early, maybe the Jolly Roger Pub? We all want to be cozy and be able to talk without too much distraction. Better yet, why not Mabel's Bistro? So we can hear each other over slices of pizza! Text me if you're going, it'll be like a mini Christmas party.

Thank You for Inviting Me Letter

Dear Sonny,

Thank you for inviting me to your party. Last night was a pleasant treat for me, it was nice meeting your friends and family.  I don't go out much at the South side and that was a lot of fun. It was also nice getting to know you from outside the workplace.

I would like to return the favor now by inviting you to our Friday beer group, we're going out for late night drinks with Chappy Alves. You might know him as the local pool hall champ. Hope you can come.

What I Want for Christmas Letter

Dear

Thank you Ginny for the thoughtful email? I'm glad you asked me this early what I want for Christmas.

But honestly, I have more than what I need now, let's just say I got my fair share of colorful socks last Christmas. It would be great to receive something else this year or maybe much better, let's do something together to cheer someone up this Christmas - how about spending a couple of hours volunteering at the homeless shelter? Let me know if you're up for this?

Really I love you and adore you, but you don't really need to get me anything special, being you're friend is enough for me to know my Christmas will be really special.

Love,
Will

Thank You Bestfriend Letter

Dear Josiah,

I'm glad I have you in my life. I struggle with this pain everyday and I know I can be off putting at times. But thank you for never turning your back on me, for putting things in perspective. I realize I know half the time you don't understand what I'm going through, but that's the point, you don't have to understand what's wrong, but you're still keeping me from falling apart. Thank you for supporting me through the tough times and loving me unconditionally. You are a true friend and I love you dearly even if I don't say much.

Love,
Skylar

Apology Letter to Event Speaker

Dear Janis,

I'm sorry your expectations fell well short of what was promised to you at the event. I've had that happened to me before and I feel your  pain. Ugh, that's how it is with these disorganized folks! I feel bad they pulled you out of the line-up at the last minute. For what it's worth, the people in the crowd were so excited to see you, and knowing you were there at the event was a big thing at the get go. I'm so glad you're a trooper, my friend! I'm glad you stayed after because the post-event party with you was awesome!

I'm Sorry I'm Late letter

Hello Brian,

Hey I'm sorry I'm late, but I didn't really want to come over. I heard she's with you right now plus it's too cold outside. But this seems important to you, so here I am. Now let me know what I am supposed to do here? And what I am supposed to do around her?

I won't come in there, til you come down here and pick me up at the parking lot. I have the groceries with me. I feel this is too awkward for me to show up unannounced.

Hurry up.

Happy Travels Letter

Dear Camden,

I'm glad you made the trip to Portugal. I know you probably miss me right now, but traveling solo for a month will do a lot of good for your soul. I'm sure if you just walk around, there are more surprises in store for you beyond the usual tourist traps. If there’s one thing that I love about the place, it's definitely the cuisine and the architecture. So give everything a try! Enjoy the evening strolls and the small curiosities that come your way. Keep us posted and stay safe as always!

Ex-Girlfriend Letter

Dear Kim,

Hard to believe it's been a year without you. I still think about you a lot. You inspire me to do better even up to now. Life could have been sweeter, that's true. But looking back, parting ways was indeed the best decision for both of us. I see you're doing well now- doing the things you oughta do. I've coped, been done with bad habits and shit. I can't say this is better, perhaps it is, for some they say it is. They say I'm a new man. No drama there.

But I still do miss you sometimes. And I guess that's normal.

Follow Up Letter on Job Application to Human Resources

Dear HR,

Thank you for giving me an interview last August 3 for the Engineer position in the company. I really appreciate the effort of the HR staff that my qualifications for the position really suited my background. I think its a good match.

In line with this, I would like to know the status of my application, if the results will further take days or weeks? As I am also looking into other opportunities at the moment. If I am not selected for some reason, it would help to know so I can move forward with my career plans. I hope you understand. Please let me know when you have a free moment.

Excuse Letter for Pink Eye: Sore Eyes Contagious Disease

Dear Teacher,

Kindly excuse my son Andrew for being absent the last two days.
My son has pink eye (conjunctivitis) and I've decided it would be best not to let him attend class because what he has is contagious to other children. Please let me know the lessons he is missing or if there is any school work he could make up for the lost time in class.

Thank you,

Overtime Pay Dispute Letter

Concerns about unpaid overtime should be called out and addressed quickly. Here are some overtime pay letters:

Dear Human Resources,

We have put in the hours and emailed you accordingly. Please be prompt in addressing our salary concerns. There is a huge dispute in the amount we are getting every pay day, some do not reflect the overtime pay we have put in and as you are aware of- even approved. All we ask is that the salary deficits be settled ASAP.

Thank you,
Employee

---

Human Resources reply to over time dispute:

Dear Employees,

There is no need to follow up on the pay scale confirmations and other overtime pay disputes.  Our accounting department is handling the matter already and they will email each of you in due time.

Please be patient. Everyone will get paid.

HR

Encouragement Letter from Teacher to Student

Dear Sean,

It's not always easy trying to figure things out especially when you don't have someone telling you how to do it in the first place. It can be a challenge to be task to do something and you've never seen anyone use such a device before. I think it's awesome that you didn't give up, and didn't let your frustrations get the best of you. Unlike most kids these days, you kept persevering, you kept at it, the eye on the prize and that speaks volumes about you. Good you figured everything out on your own.

You make me proud!

Cheer Up Letter

Dear Harold,

I know you've been quite surly as of late. I hope you understand that we all have different needs at different times of our lives. Maybe if you'd be more sympathetic and sensitive, your peers would understand you better. Maybe if you open up a bit more, we could talk about it. I'm here for you, potatao head! Sometimes the way things work out can surprise you. Life doesn't have to be complicated.

So cheer up!

Letter to Teacher from Parent Seeking Help for Daughter

Dear Teacher and Counselor,

I would like to seek professional help for my daughter, I do not know where to begin. Perhaps you may provide me some support on how to deal with the matter. My daughter as you know is rather strong-willed, at times too stubborn to ask for anyone's help even from me. We have tried talking to her, but she keeps silent about the matter.

I don't expect her to change overnight. I have yet to understand her reason for self-harm. To be honest what she is going through frightens me. I do not want to lose my daughter, I want her to have the help she needs.

Hope you could help me reach out to her.

Sincerely,
Mommy Gina

Do Not Pursue This Matter Any Further Letter

Dear Miriam,

I received your email. Until now, I still have no clue what the fuss is about.
And I have no desire to know. Unless this will cost me money or my job which I doubt it would.
Please do not pursue this matter any further. It is a waste of both our time.

Thank you
Celia

Thank You for Visiting Letter

What to say to a guest after their visit? Keeping in touch might not be that hard:

Dear Sarah,

Good to hear you got home safely and had a great time with us! It was wonderful to meet you and get to know such an interesting person like you!

Hopefully you could visit Michigan again and we could go see the duck parade and other fauna in the area. If it weren't for other pressing matters, my folks could have taken you to the lake. But just looking at your FB and all the photos you've taken. I guess we did pretty well cruising through the sights nearby.

Take care as always.

Looking for an Old Friend Letter

Looking for an old classmate or acquaintance just in time for a reunion? Try this letter:

Dear Friends,

I am looking for an old classmate of ours- Peter Smith. Any idea where he is now? I met him in high school as part of the football team. But the old guards don't know where he is now. We lost touch when we went to college. You may remember him as 'Big Boy Petey' and yes, he dated Mirabelle, the charming cheerleader which we know now as Lady Cross from Beau Heights. Petey was such a nice and friendly guy. Any leads?

For the upcoming reunion, Louis and Carmelo plan to fly in so we could all get together for Petey. Louis as you know has ALS and would like to see everyone as much as he could while he's doing great at the moment. Right Louis?

So if anyone knows, please ring me up.

Love Letter to Girlfriend: Missing You, Let's Skype!

Don't let the distance get between you, keep the love burning, have a Skype romance

Dear Love,

I'll be online soon.

I wish we could Skype all the time. Now I miss you all the more my dear. You do know that only a few minutes of screen time with you fixes my lonely heart. Regular phone calls just aren't enough anymore. Its rainy out here and there's not much to do. I'm staying indoors. I'm skipping the day tours for some quality time with my faraway sweetheart. Last time we 'Skyped' I couldn't sleep after. I wish you here to see this place. I miss your voice already.

Missing you so bad.

Parents Letter to Daughter: Remove Facebook Post

Here's a letter about reminding your kid about personal safety and appropriateness on Facebook.

Dear Sarah,

I love you dear child, so listen to me please when I tell you that me and your dad are not too keen on the last thing you posted on Facebook. Would you please take the post down? We feel its very inappropriate. I don't think wearing those shorts will make you any more popular with your friends. No, we are not pleased with you showing plush parts of your shaved lady bits and posting your mobile number.

We are not trying to filter your mind, but we are really concerned and just want to keep you safe, I hope you could be more mindful of what you post next time.

Your dad says if you don't he will unfriend you for life on Facebook.

Love,
Mom

Support Letter to Friend

Dear Friend,

What you went through today was tough to hear.
To be brutally honest, I've always felt he has been too hard on you,
constantly venting out his frustrations on random people.
I think its pretty low and vile of him to say those mean things.
My grandma used to say, "If you don't have anything nice to say, say nothing at all."
It's better to live by that. I think the guy is a complete idiot!
Don't lose your spark my dear!

Hope you make a smooth transition out of this mess.
Call me any time, okay?

I'm just here

Request for Overtime Pay and Changes in Work Roster

File a Work ROTA request plus overtime pay with this letter:

Dear Sir,

I would like to request that my number of working hours be drop to the mandatory 8 hours as specified in the employment contract I signed with the recruitment agency. I have been working excess hours (around extra 5 hours daily) and on certain days that we are short staffed, I perform double duty shifts without any reliever on standby. This is outside of our usual work hours the company has agreed upon with the Union. If the excess hours of work continue, I would like to ask for hourly compensation for the additional hours.

As you are well aware of, our shift supervisor continuously changes my work roster without notifying me in advance. Please take into account that there should be an on-call allowance for working emergency hours particularly for the night shift.I believe this is past due and a reasonable request.

Please see the attached ROTA spreadsheet for your review

It would be great to hear from you soon on the matter.

Sincerely,
George Wilcott

How to casually tell a friend that you cannot attend their event without making such a big fuss over things.

Dear Ludivine,

Please tell Marnie I cannot attend her event. I'm a busy bee this weekend.

But I really have to be up North for work. Oh darling, you know how it is.
Post your photos okay.

To Answer the Question Letter

There's nothing better than showing a co-worker your positive support to something you don't have a clue about.

Dear Gillian,

Getting back to your question - I honestly don't know. I haven't gone through all the details yet. I don't even know if this is something they'll look into. But have a little faith, they might just say 'Yes!'

Keep your fingers crossed.

Wedding Anniversary Letter: Love Letter to Wife

Dear Wife

Looking back to this wonderful day, four years ago, my life took a different turn. I made a vow to share it with someone very special. We went through a lot, the good and the bad together, hand in hand. We had our best days in each other's arms and we weathered the tough ones head on, knowing we had each other's back.

Now after four years of married life, we might seem like the regular old married couple, only richer and much blessed to have four little miracles - Ada, Maya, James and Hartley. All born out of our love.

You know what dear? I love, admire, respect you - the love of my life - as I did when I first met you that rainy night on that busy street waiting for taxi ride. I'm glad I flagged you a cab and I'm crazy thankful that you offered to share it with me. We were fortunately headed the same way. And up until now, we're still headed the same direction together, in fact this is theone ride that I will see through the end with you. I am not afraid to grow old with you Maggie, my sweet. I look forward to the years to come, the merry memories, the Christmases and the summers and the slew of storms we will very much face together with our hearts strong. My dear wife, you are my rock and I love you!

Happy Anniversary!

Much love,
Stanford

Request for Bank Statement Letter: Proof of Funds

Asking your bank for a letter stating Proof of Funds is standard practice in the banking industry. Such a letter showing your financial statement allows you to make transactions such as purchasing a house, making travel arrangements or committing to a business deal. You could ask your bank manager to write an official letter in your behalf.

Dear Bank Manager,

I would like to formally request for an official letter stating that the funds in my account are sufficient for any business transaction. I need this letter by next Tuesday, as this will serve as satisfactory evidence of my financial stability. But please do leave out pertinent details like my account number.

Hope you could heed my request.

Request for Leniency Letter: Character Reference Letter for Judge Example

When writing a character reference for a judge, think about how know you well that person and what's makes him a possible positive member of the community. Describe his upbringing, his best character traits, his good behavior, how long you've known the person and how the incident has change his life.

Keep the character letter for court  in a formal and respectful tone, but always remember to make it personal and thoughtful. You do not want to present at template letter, you want the judge to feel that you really know this person and that he deserves a second chance.

--

Here's a sample character reference example for the judge:

Dear Judge Jeremiah,

My name is Wendy Saul. I have been living in Nasau County with my husband Jim Saul and our three children for 22 years.

In those 22 years, we have been friends with Leslie Ann Baker and Harvey Baker for 18 years. We met them the first day they've moved in as neighbors. Our children and their children are very close.

Your honor, I am writing this letter in behalf of the Saul family particularly for their son, Nesbitt Saul. We would like to attest that Nesbitt is a wonderful and respectful young man, we have seen him grow up before eyes and we have known him as a very kind individual who is very considerate of others. The Saul family has been through trying times especially after Wendy's surgery, she has suffered from a blood clot which has rendered the left side of her body paralyzed. All her children live in the city now and only Nesbitt has chosen to stay to care for Wendy. He has supported his mother even through her period of physical therapy. In fact, I would like to stress that Nesbitt takes great care of his mother. His daily tasks of feeding, washing and clothing her, is mainly what his life was about. As you can imagine Wendy is really distraught over the events that led to Nesbitt's arrest.

We believe Nesbit has duly served his time in both jail and community service. We believe Wendy really needs her son back now more than ever.

We would like to ask that you consider our request for leniency when you make your decision as to his sentencing. We pray that you find it in your heart to give Nesbitt a second chance.

I sincerely appreciate your consideration in this matter.

Respectfully,
Wendy Saul

Letter Requesting Company Renewal of Iqama

Any foreign individual working in Saudi Aarabia (Pakistani, Filipino, Indonesian, American) are required to secure an IQAMA, a work permit and residency card. Having an Iqama means you are legally allowed to work in the country and the Saudi goverment requires the company to secure health insurance for its workers in renewal of the iqama. That said, it is the responsibility of the company who hired you to apply for or secure your Iqama.

Dear Sir,

I am Jazlyn Besharmud, I have been working the Accounting department as a Field Cashier for over two years now. My Employee number is 267 and my Passport No is 12246464-555-555. My Iqama is expiring on Novemeber 24, 2018 and I would like to formally request our company Wahed Mohd Enterprises to renew my Iqama before the expiry date.

Please note that should include the health insurance fee as part of the renewal, this was stated in my job contract which I signed with the recruitment agency. As you know, I cannot work at your shops in rotation if my iqama is expired, I would like to spare the company any penalties it might incur with immigration.

At this point, I do not understand the delay of my Iqama, as I have sent numerous request through the proper channels within the company. If the company no longer requires my services, please let me know so I can secure a proper exit visa before my Iqama expires.

Sincerely,
Jazlyn

Sample Letter to Parent from Teacher on Child's Good Academic Performance in Class

Dear Parents,

We would like to let you know about your child's progress and achievement in school:

Anna can now recall nursery rhymes and songs such as I'm a Little Tea Pot and Up Goes the Kite. She can identify letters of the alphabet by name.  She has adequate mastery of colors, shapes and numbers, not to mention improved coloring skills and hand coordination.

Anna is very independent and eagerly participates in class. She is a good dancer as well. Overall, Anna has a great relationship with her teachers and classmates.

Again, this evaluation is just one way that we communicate student achievement with our parents. We encourage parents to come to the school to meet with the child's teacher one-on-one. Great strides in learning and effective performance evaluation are a direct result of parent feedback. If you have questions or concerns regarding our programs and teaching methods, please do contact us.

Teacher Jasmine

ROTA Schedule UK Letter

Letting co-workers know a change in work rotation just happened to you.

Dear Guys,

I'm back from vacation and on night shift schedule until July 18th. You gotta love the ROTA schedule in the UK, you leave for a bit of fresh air and get back to a sudden change of schedule. I'll be filing a ROTA request to get my original work schedule back. Late nights do not bode well for my migraines.

For any pending reports for the shifts I missed, leave them on my table, you'll get everything back signed the next day.

I Forgive You Letter

A letter forgiving an ex boyfriend for breaking her heart.

Dear Hamish,

I forgive you.
I forgive you for breaking my heart.
I had to learn to unlove you one second, one minute, one hour, one day at a time.
I didn't know it would take years, I didn't realize it would take this long. You hurt me deeply and broke me in so many places when you left without a word. I had to fight my way to find myself back. I know I will never be the same again, I know I will never be fully whole, and that's okay too.

You don't have to explain yourself or your reasons for leaving me. All of us are human, scared of failing and weak for wanting something else entirely and somehow it makes me wonder if there was love at all. I struggled with anger and deep resentment for a time and I do not want those kinds of feelings ruling my life like a disease. Forgiveness is the best way to find the path to true happiness.

I wish you well to whatever life you have now.

Letter to Friend About Lost Item in their Home

Hello Jim,

I lost my camera at your ranch in New Port. Just realized its gone when I got back home to unpack.
Probably left it at the cabin or at the boat. Its inside a durable black satchel with my name on it. Keep your eyes open please. It would be amazing to see the photos we have of that fishing trip. It would be an absolute miracle if you could still find it, I still have photos of my son's graduation that I haven't backed up.

Still hoping,
Larry

Request Letter to Bank for Proof of Payment

Dear Bank Manager,

As I have settled all my payments with your bank, and even continued to keep a savings account there, I would like to request for documentation proving that I have no debts or existing loans under your bank. I think some call this a proof of payment certificate. I need such a document within the week as I will be acquiring real estate services of a local broker. As you can see from your records, I do have sufficient funds to make such a purchase.

Please let me know the soonest.

Thank you

Lost Wedding Photos: Asking Guests for Wedding Pictures Letter

Lost your wedding day photos? Here's a letter asking your wedding guests for help:

Dear Friends,

Accidents happen all the time and this is the most devastating one for us.

Our hard drive broke down before we could upload any content on the cloud, so we lost a lot of irreplaceable pictures and footage of our wedding. We would like to kindly ask you dear wedding guests for any photos you might have taken on your cellphones and digital cameras during that time. Hope you could indulge us with copies.

We would be the most thankful bride and groom on Earth.

Here's how to correct your records when applying for Disability Benefits from your government. Availing of disability support can be tricky, so make sure your employment certificates are in order, also proof that you have been paying the security deposits to the government.

Dear Sir/ Madam:

May I request for a manual verification and computation of my actual Credited Years of Service (CYS) for the following reasons:

1.    Your records show that my actual Credited Years of Service (CYS) is just 22 years;

2.    My own records show,  as follows:

b. COMPANY B -- from 1974-1998   -   20 years

Total Years of Service- 25 years

I enclosed herewith the documents needed to support my request.

a.  Certification of my actual years of service from COMPANY A
b.  Certification of my actual years of service from COMPANY B

Please make the necessary manual verification and computation to rectify my actual records and if proven to be in order, please make the necessary adjustment needed.

Please be reminded also that I have availed three (3) partial disability benefits, to wit;

             1.   June 2003 to April 2005
             2.   July 2005 to Sept. 2006
             3.   Oct. 2006 to Aug. 2008

In connection with these, I believe there must be an adjustment of the benefits I received per availment based on your final analysis and findings.

Thank you in advance for whatever help you can do for me.

Sincerely yours,
Rupert

Letter to a Bully

Here's how to warn a bully to stay off or else.

Dear Bully,

I have my eye out for you. Hurt my little brother again, you deal with me. Lay a finger on him or anyone in his class and you'll regret it. You can forget about teachers or your mom or dad coming to save your whiny ass.

I will come at you when you least expect it. What I can promise you is pain, tons of it. Pain far more what you caused my bro.

Choose your battles wisely, kid.

Letter to Request Price Reduce on Quotation

Not getting the price you wanted on the proposal, here's a sample letter requesting reduce prices.

Dear Sam,

I've discussed your quotation thoroughly with our company auditor and as much as we like the proposal you offered, we feel its above our quarterly budget for such a project. Would it be possible to just exclude the minor package benefits and forego several deluxe services? We can do with basic services for now. Perhaps this may reduce the overall price on the quotation?

If the price can be reduce we are willing to negotiate new terms.

Get back to me soon.

It takes time to forgive. It takes time to be strong. Take it a day at a time, it's just one of those things you can't force, you can just hope that one day it grows back into love. Its up to you to allow it to happen.

Forgiveness sometimes is not just about the other person, but finding peace for yourself, finding closure for all the pain you went through. Sometimes holding onto hate is just harmful, so learn to let go, do not wait till your love runs dry. We have frailties like everyone else, and on some days we have to deal with that flash of resentment or unhelpful intrusive thoughts. It gets bad, sure. We're all vulnerable like that. There isn't a right or wrong answer to get to that road of forgiveness. But I really do hope you both get to where you need to be.

Be strong with the choice you make.

Love,
May

Follow-Up Letter for Requesting Files from Client

Dear Sir,

Kindly send us your project details as soon as possible so that we can still include it in our souvenir program.
Also, please send the necessary graphic files in high-resolution psd or eps formats, so that our print designer can immediately include your company in the flyers.

Thank you very much

Letter to an Ex: Ghosting Break-up Letter

Ghosting is known as the ultimate silent treatment between lovers, cutting off a relationship without much thought or simply disappearing from a terrible relationship. Here's a letter due to being Ghosted.

Dear Harry,

I don't know what kind of man just disappears and not say a word.
You think ghosting me will ever resolve whatever sh*t your going through?
I pity the next girl you're with, and the next one after that,
the ones that will suffer from the incredibly inexcusable foul way you deal with things.
A real man says what needs to be said face to face,
you don't go off and hide and parade the next poon you pick up around
Grow up! One day karma will come knocking and I hope you die alone.

Sandra

Happy Birthday Letter to Friend

Dear Debra,

A psychic told me it's your birthday!
So meet me at Starkey's for some beers
and let's celebrate your BIG 3-0 with a bang!

Love,
Myrtle
