Thank you for the Birthday Messages Letter

Dear Friends and Family,

Thank you to all my birthday well-wishers! Those who made the extra effort so that I won't feel lonely on my big day at this new town.  I started the day by shopping for new trainers, yeah getting fit til my next birthday is my next big challenge. Then we all went to the movies to see that new dragons movie.

Received so many messages from people who matter! You guys are so good to me. It's true -"Ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find."

Thanks everyone!

Love,
Birthday Girl

Being Called on Day Off Letter

Dear Manager,

Forty minutes into the movie, I get a call to come back to the office.
Yes, it was a real emergency that no one could have handled alone.
But really, someone better pay up for my popcorn and my ticket,
it was my day off, you know :)

Glad to be of help.

Regards,
Bob

Letter to Best Friend

Dear May,

Go ahead, I won't judge. Whatever it is.
I know its about us or about me or about you. Or maybe its about you
but it doesn't have to be a big deal. And oh, this is not an ambush!
I just want to let you know I got your back. So feel free to fall!

Love,
Bess

Excuse Letter for Pink Eye: Sore Eyes Contagious Disease

Dear Teacher,

Kindly excuse my son Andrew for being absent the last two days.
My son has pink eye (conjunctivitis) and I've decided it would be best not to let him attend class because what he has is contagious to other children. Please let me know the lessons he is missing or if there is any school work he could make up for the lost time in class.

Thank you,
Esme Faulkson

Overtime Pay Dispute Letter

Concerns about unpaid overtime should be called out and addressed quickly. Here are some overtime pay letters:

Dear Human Resources,

We have put in the hours and emailed you accordingly. Please be prompt in addressing our salary concerns. There is a huge dispute in the amount we are getting every pay day, some do not reflect the overtime pay we have put in and as you are aware of- even approved. All we ask is that the salary deficits be settled ASAP.

Thank you,
Employee

Human Resources reply to over time dispute:

Dear Employees,

There is no need to follow up on the pay scale confirmations and other overtime pay disputes.  Our accounting department is handling the matter already and they will email each of you in due time.

Please be patient. Everyone will get paid.

Regards,
HR

Encouragement Letter from Teacher to Student

Dear Sean,

It's not always easy trying to figure things out especially when you don't have someone telling you how to do it in the first place. It can be a challenge to be task to do something and you've never seen anyone use such a device before. I think it's awesome that you didn't give up, and didn't let your frustrations get the best of you. Unlike most kids these days, you kept persevering, you kept at it, the eye on the prize and that speaks volumes about you. Good you figured everything out on your own.

You make me proud!

Teacher Sam

Co-Worker Letter: Please Relay Message

Dear Peter,

Thank you for spotting out my email error! I tried to tag the team on FB and Jules just to thank her for all the support. But I'm at the airport right now and the WiFi is so sketchy, so I'm not sure everyone's getting my messages. Hope you could relay.

Thanks,
Laura
