Acknowledging the Complaint Letter by Client

Dear Sir:

We have duly received your March 12 letter about tax and extra charges on the Gym Equipment delivered to Mr. Martin at #3 Orange St. Parkdale City.

COMPANY A is not responsible, however, for the added charges on the gym equipment. We were instructed to charge you with the said amount upon delivery. We suggest that you contact Mr. James Henson the sales agent who sold you the gym equipment to check on the pricing and invoices. You should have been adequately informed on the Tax charges and delivery fees of the said equipment.

Perhaps they can advise you on how to proceed with this matter. We do wish you the best in resolving this unfortunate circumstance.

Apology to Client while Refusing Adjustment for Complaint

Dear Sir:

We have received your recent letter concerning the auto services done for you by FastLube Tire Center. Thank you for writing and giving us an opportunity to look into this matter.

Since FastLube Tire Center is one of our franchisees in the metro, your letter is being forwarded to their management office for review. We will give this matter prompt attention, and you may expect to hear from one of our representatives soon.

Mr. Aston Martin, the mechanic and franchise owner whose actions are the basis of your complaint, is an independent businessman whose relationship with FastLube Inc. has been established in compliance with government laws and regulations. As a franchise owner, he is free to hire his own employees, set his own prices, and determine his own operating practices. Claims arising from his center's service and operating practices are solely the responsibility of the franchise owner.

In the meanwhile, I would like to assure you of our interest and concern. We are always anxious to be informed of situations that could adversely affect good relations with our customers.

Sincerely,

Charity and Ticket Sales Letter

To our Community,

We just want to tell you guys that we have an upcoming Church Bingo social in the next few weeks and we just want to remind everyone about the ticket sales for the lottery. All ticket sales should be properly relinquished before the main draw.

If you are interested in serving cocktails and pastries on bingo night, please make sure that you follow our event requirements. Again, not everyone is required to purchase 3 tickets per family but there is a better chance of helping our charity if you have more than one ticket purchase. All proceeds will benefit the Raising a Reader foundation and our local ministry.

Thank you very much!
