Letter inviting Client to Booth Exhibit

Dear Sir:

I’m taking this opportunity to invite you to visit the Montserrat Labs exhibit booth 24 at the upcoming Biotechnology medical convention, June 5, in Shanghai. We’ll be releasing an important research report that will have quite an impact on fertility treatments across Asia.

Due to the overwhelming response to our services, Montserrat Labs established its second IVF laboratory in Singapore. In total, we have five IVF laboratories that run more than 800 IVF cycles per year. Our facility provides a full range of infertility treatments that are overseen by a panel of fertility specialists.

We think you’ll find a visit to our booth the most valuable time you spend at this year’s conference. We hope to meet you there.

Sincerely,
Letterbarn
