Dear Debra,
Thank you for the fancy gift!
I just love the color, purple has always suited me.
Do you love sweets? I have nice boxes of tartine and dark choco almonds ready and wrapped for the holidays!
Hope we could do some shopping together
Love,
Nancy

Letter Asking Tenants for Christmas Cash Incentives for Employees
Dear Tenants and Unit Owners,
Greetings of Peace!
The season of giving is once again around the corner when everyone looks forward to good tidings that the birth of Jesus Christ brings. Our staff members and personnel look forward to this once-a-year festivity and blessings from the unit owner and tenants, whose interests and concerns they have diligently served for the year that passed.
Over the years, most of you have been giving out holiday gratuities to the building personnel. This tradition is a thoughtful and much appreciated way of acknowledging the service they have to your condominium unit.
In this regard, your Board of Directors would like again to encourage cash incentives (instead of in kind) which will be divided equally among the twenty-four (24) building employees. The roster includes:
• The Administrative staff (5 individuals)
• Maintenance personnel (4)
• Janitorial and Clean-up crew (5)
• Security Guards (10)
Please send in your contributions through the administration office. The annual potluck Christmas party for them is being organized on December 23, 2010 and your financial assistance will be highly appreciated.
With the spirit of the coming season, we wish you all good tidings this Christmas and more blessings and peace to come.
Sincerely,
The Building Supervisor

Letter Informing Clients that You've Switched Companies
Dear Clients,
I am now a full-time real estate agent at MooreHouse Associates LLC, coming in from my freelance status and working prior with StateSoil LLC where I have met most of you at mixers and open houses.
Please be advised that my working arrangements with you, StateSoil real estate owners in particular will not be compromise. You will receive the same commitment and top-notched service from me as your real estate agent and broker liaison. This is something I personally guarantee to my clients – sacrifice and commitment. This is what has made me known in the industry and has attracted the interest of MooreHouse Associates LLC.
My decision to join the MooreHouse team is to gain valuable tri-state experience that goes with joining a large and solid firm. I will also be handling key properties in Fort Collins, Denver and Boulder which you may be interested in. How great is that?
So please expect me to meet up with you soon to discuss the status of your properties. As you all know, you are indeed an important part of my continued success.
Sincerely,
Ms. Bev Smith
