Letter Informing Hotel Guests About Hotel Bed Linens and Detergent

Dear Guest,

A greener Earth begins with You.

Large amount of detergent is used for washing hotel bed linens and bath towels. This pollutes our environment, especially aquatic habitats.

To reduce usage of water and pollutants, bed linens in occupied rooms will be change every third day. If you wish to change your bed linens before the third day, please place the laundry notice card on your pillow.

Kindly place your towels on the towel rack if you would like to re-use them.
Should you wish to change your towels, please leave them in the shower cubicle.
Let’s work together towards a Greener Earth.

Sincerely,
North Bay Hotel

Letter Seeking Donations for Homeless Shelter this Christmas

A Christmas Letter Seeking Donations from Local Community

Dear Friend,

The real spirit of Christmas is in giving and sharing.

Christmas, most of the time, is expressed with expensive gifts like the latest gadgets, toys, bags, shoes and fashionable items. But these gifts, after a time, get old and discarded. Why not give a gift that lasts? That benefits many of our brothers in the community.

This coming Christmas season, the Shelter For Many Welfare House is need of your donations. We are in need of winter clothes for the homeless - sweaters, boots, socks, warmers, mitts and blankets. Let that special sweater grandma made last year out of the closet. I'm sure you weren't brave enough to wear it in front of your friends, anyway. Or share that old pair of boots you once wore, but now forgot about. We all have our excesses. Let your old things have new meaning in someone else's life.

The Shelter For Many accepts donations 24/7. You may leave your gifts at our centers or at the Church of Saint Titus in North Bay.For more information, call 555-8374900-555 or e-mail donations@info.com

In making the request official, you are giving the chairman the proper authority to act on upon your appeal and even initiate the proceedings in your favor.

Hope you understand.

Thank you very much

Letter Asking Tenants for Christmas Cash Incentives for Employees

Dear Tenants and Unit Owners,

Greetings of Peace!

The season of giving is once again around the corner when everyone looks forward to good tidings that the birth of Jesus Christ brings. Our staff members and personnel look forward to this once-a-year festivity and blessings from the unit owner and tenants, whose interests and concerns they have diligently served for the year that passed.

Over the years, most of you have been giving out holiday gratuities to the building personnel. This tradition is a thoughtful and much appreciated way of acknowledging the service they have to your condominium unit.

In this regard, your Board of Directors would like again to encourage cash incentives (instead of in kind) which will be divided equally among the twenty-four (24) building employees. The roster includes:
• The Administrative staff (5 individuals)
• Maintenance personnel (4)
• Janitorial and Clean-up crew (5)
• Security Guards (10)

Please send in your contributions through the administration office. The annual potluck Christmas party for them is being organized on December 23, 2010 and your financial assistance will be highly appreciated.

With the spirit of the coming season, we wish you all good tidings this Christmas and more blessings and peace to come.

Sincerely,
The Building Supervisor

A Mother's Letter to her Children: Saying Sorry for Losing Custody

This is indeed a difficult letter to write, but I hope it helps all moms out there with custody issues. Never give up hope on your children and never hold yourself back from letting them know how you feel.

My Dearest Children,

I'm sorry for the lost years. Life has not been kind to me. I lost you both when you were very young. I was very ill at that time and very broke. I was at the mercy of strangers who would take pity on my condition. For that you both suffered, for I couldn't give you the care and love you both deserve. My mental illness had caused me to neglect what I loved most. I am thankful however at that very tough time, your Nana was there to take you in. For that I am grateful to her.

Losing custody of you both was the hardest. But now to lose your love and respect totally would be devastating.

I do not know what they have told you about me all these years. I have nothing to say against the people who cared for you and brought you up. But to be fair, I hope you could give me a chance to tell you my side of the story. For I love you, my children more than anything in the world. It breaks my heart every time just to relive these memories of going on for years without you both by my side.

I wouldn't do anything to upset your life now. My only fervent wish is if that they would allow me to see you, I just would like a chance to talk. I miss you both so much. I am so proud of both of you for being strong and very smart for your age. I only ask for your understanding and forgiveness.

All these years I have tried everything in my will to provide and send my love. I've tried with all my strength to conquer this illness. I never gave up on the hope that one day I will hold you both in my arms again.

All my love,
Mama

It's a beginner's course so they will teach you everything you need to know about scuba diving. They also have more advanced courses available.

Be close and personal with the small and BIG fishes, coral reefs, wrecks and more. Take one exciting and unforgettable experience in the water.

I actually got my Scuba Diver's Certificate last year and it was one of the best experiences of my life. It's pretty easy, if I can do it, I'm sure you can too!

If you want to try something new and fun, bring your friends, head up to one of the country's great diving sites and go scuba diving!

Thank You Letter for Second Salary Increase

Dear Sir Johns,

Thank you for thinking things over, it is truly very good of you to increase my salary again. As you are aware, I haven't received an increase since 2005 so it is about time that an increase is in order for me, considering the high costs of living in Dubai as of late.

More importantly, I hope you will be able to assure me that my increase would be at least 25% higher from my original salary and includes the benefits meant for employees in managerial positions.

Please let me know the soonest when I can sign the contract for the salary increment.

Thank you very much

Request Letter to Customer to Issue Correct Name on Check Payments

Dear Mr. Rogers,

Thank you for issuing the cheque for the Omega Project last November 3, 2010. Though the cheque's release was timely, our business name on the check was incomplete and has caused us delay in clearing it with your bank.

I would like to kindly remind you of your bank's policy that they only accept cheque's issued under the full registered business name. To further avoid such incidents in the future, would you please be so kind to write the correct name of our company: Lucky Seven Dragon Balls Trading and General Merchandise in full on the check.

The future holds great promise for both our companies. As 2010 approaches, let us streamline our operations and be more organized in our pursuits for the best is yet to be.

Sincerely,
Edward V. Edwards

Sample Recommendation Letter for Fellowship Program

Here is a sample Recommendation Letter requested by a student from his professor, to be used as part of application to a Fellowship Program or Masteral Degree. Recommendation Letters are hard to come by and this sample is very detailed in highlighting the strong points of the individual.

To Whom It May Concern:

I am proud to recommend Larry Saunders to your fellowship program. I was asked to make a recommendation on behalf of being the Program Director who has worked with Larry on several grassroots campaigns while he was studying at Michigan Tech University.

Larry has the zeal and commitment in pursuing social advocacies, a very rare passion for community welfare that I hardly see among students his age. He came into one of my classes on Public Policy with the eagerness and willingness to learn. He is very dynamic, resourceful and energetic. The campaign work he has done has been very beneficial to the Sanford Homeless community, much of the tasks at that shelter can both be physically and emotionally demanding. But Larry persevered and equally pursued social programs that would increase the quality of life of people at the Sanford Center.

Having seen him then, 2005, to now, 2009, I can only commend him on how he continues to mature as a professional and a young emerging leader in the field of Public Policy in the Michigan area. I assure your institution that Larry deserves an opportunity to be part of this fellowship.

Always, in his work, Larry is consistent in achieving target goals mandated for his core team. In 2008, he was in charged in distributing community and welfare aid during the onslaught of Hurricane Jones, Larry was one of the first on the scene, hands-on in managing relief efforts and evenly composed in the face of policy pressure from City Hall. I highly recommend him Larry for his passion, intellect and spirit for this fellowship programme. At our institution, we are expecting big things from Larry and his altruistic endeavors.

Thank you once again for the opportunity to recommend such a special and impressive young man.

Sincerely,
Professor Merrill K. Macksforth

Letter to Build Business Relationship with Client

Dear Shawn,

Thank you for inviting me to attend the Tuesday's meeting to answer questions from your managers. Learning of AgriVet's corporate mission was interesting and informative. With the keen approach your company has taken the last quarter and your constant commitment to quality and value, AgriVet will certainly continue be one of the leaders in the industry. As a media strategist, to work with such a pioneering company is professionally very rewarding for me.

Now it is my intent to do everything possible to help Agrivet reach its long-term goals. As mentioned at the meeting, one way I can help is to arrange an overall assessment of your operations by our researchers and planners, and I’m proceeding with plans to do just that. I am meeting with our core team at North Bay to identify the key parameters in improving your facilities and protocols on a cost-efficient basis.

Please let me know when I can be of further help to you. I plan to continue to work closely with you and your managers on this project.

Sincerely,
Doug Pinetsky

Farewell Letter to Co-Workers after Lay Off

A sample letter extending help to co-workers who recently gotten laid-off or fired from the job.

Dear Co-Workers,

I am sorry to hear about what happened at Work Inc. To everyone who lost their jobs today and those who remain vigilant, yet terrified of their fate. I could only imagine the chorus of pounding hearts as memos are handed down, faces torn between bewilderment, shock and dismay. The recession has indeed rocked us all hard.

When I was working for Work Inc, the people at the marketing department were always top-notched, hardworking and optimistic. I have learned the ropes of the industry well from these fine colleagues that I'm so sad to hear of them let go.

Should anyone of you, my dear friends need any help with references or job leads. I am extending my help, though my field is now in the service industry. It is still an opportunity worth looking into. Please give me a call 555.066.689 or email me chause@carewservices.com

The fall of Work Inc. may signal an end of an era, still it could possibly mean a new chapter, a new beginning in our lives.

Your friend,
Chausten Friggslove

Letter Consoling the Sick: Expressing Support and Concern During Time of Illness

For family or friends who are ill or anticipating a loss it is important to show your concern even through a letter. But what does one say to a person who is terminally ill?

Remember the most important thing to express is your support, this will help create a sense of comfort for your loved one. But writing such a personal note can prove to be difficult. But if you write from your heart, you will always find the right words. One tip in writing such a letter is to reflect not on the disease, but to evoke good memories, good times with your loved ones and the little things you could do for them.

Dear Abby,

I've known your mother since you were little and I know you don't remember my visits back then. But when you were very young, you used to let me be part of your garden tea party. I would sit with you for hours. As your mother went out for groceries, she would come back and still find us playing with your doll- Mathilde and her animal friends. I remember those afternoons clearly, you were 3 and a very happy child.

It has been years now and I know what you're going through is truly difficult. But your mother has always told me of her brave little girl with a good heart and strong spirit. I would love to visit you soon, maybe not for tea now, but for a cup of coffee. If you'll have me. We can talk more.

Abby, my sweet child, you are not alone, I'm here for you and your mother.

"May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit."
Romans 15:13

I'm bringing over some lemon pie and that new book series about teen vampires your mother told me you really like. See you soon.

All my Love,
AiLefo

Request Letter for Transfer of Real Estate Unit

A request letter to a real estate developer asking for a transfer to a different unit after the deed of sale and other contracts have been met.

Dear Sir,

I'm Ruffa Siberling and I bought one of your Oak Tower studio units through Cheng Robbins, a licensed real-estate broker from FastLane Realtors.

My fiance and I are interested in a ready-for-occupancy 2 bedroom unit in one of your Mayfair Towers project, we would like to ask if it is possible to get a transfer. We would like to exchange our newly-bought Oak Tower studio for a 2 bedroom unit at Mayfair. The deed of sale, contracts and other financial statements are available through our broker for your review.

At the time we bought the studio unit at Oak Towers, it really suited our lifestyle needs as a couple. But now we are expecting twins this June and we really need more space to accomodate our growing family. Also this new address is in close proximity to my fiance's office, the community daycare and hospital.

I am kindly hoping that you would consider our request or maybe even come into an arrangement under your terms. In any case, if you would allow us to move in to Mayfair Projects that would be lovely. Let me know when can discuss matters further I can be reached at 557-8873-9231 or I could have Cheng our broker arrange the meeting. Please let me know the soonest.

Regards,
Ruffa

Sample Letter Calling Off Wedding Engagement

Though it is not necessary to explain why the wedding is off, you can always add a personal touch to it and not leave the relatives any more curious and perhaps even save you from answering a barrage of phone calls.

Dear Family and Friends,

Sean and I have been together for 12 and a half years. We have been friends since high school. I was 15 when we started dating and he was 17. I know everyone has long awaited the end of our engagement, hoping it would turn into that one great big wedding and settle into a lasting marriage.

Over the years, Sean and I have realized, this is not meant to be. We had something special too young and too soon. Perhaps we have always been great together as friends and it took this long and this event to realize that, because it has been so much fun growing up together this way.

I am grateful for the years we spent together, and I do love Sean, we will forever treasure our friendship. In this regard, we are calling off our engagement and moving forward on a mutually, positive note.

Thank you to all my family, friends for all your support.

Love,
Mindy

Request Letter Asking Medical Treatment for Prisoner in Custody

An appeal letter seeking medical treatment for a prisoner in detention in a foreign land.

Dear Honorable General Jun,

I write to you out of deep concern for the current state of health of my brother Eustice Hooper who was recently imprisoned in your country. I am aware that the laws of your country are far different from ours and I sincerely respect that. I will not argue that my brother has a history of crime as a sex offender. He shall face charges as mandated by law and undergo trial upon his extradition back in the United States. Though the process might take a few months, my brother's health has suffered in the confines of the local prison.

I have been informed that he is suffering from Malaria and urgently needs to be transferred to a hospital for immediate attention. I have contacted our local embassy and they would be pleased to hear from you. We are asking that you kindly allow a medical doctor to see him. By saving his life, he can serve time for his punishment and justice can be serve to those he has harmed.

I and all here who share my concern would be gratified by a reply from you as soon as possible. We want you to know that our concern for the basic rights of humans is not of a political nature, but of familial concern.

Thank you for your time on this important and urgent matter.

Respectfully yours,
Dennis Hooper

Sample Letter Request for Clemency

An example petition letter to a governor to request clemency for a Death Row prisoner.

Dear Governor,

We the citizens of your State are writing to request that you commute Simone Cowell's death sentence to life without the possibility of parole for the following reasons:

• The DNA evidence was inconclusive.
• Witness testimony was recanted
• The condemned man is clinically diagnosed with progressive mental retardation

As you know, the Atkins v. Virginia (2002) ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court declared that execution of the mentally retarded is unconstitutional.

Moreover, Govenor, it is unjust and unmerciful of your state to execute anyone whose guilt is not 100% proven.

Thank you for considering this request for clemency for Mr. Simone Cowell.

Respectfully yours,
Justin Honors

Sample letter Asking Judge for Leniency for a First Time Offense

An example plea letter to a Judge to consider an early release for a first time offender.

Dear Honorable Judge Harris,

My name is Aisha Thomas. My son's name is Isaiah Wallace Thomas. He is a dutiful husband and loving father to his two children- Mia and Isaac. For the last six years my son has missed out on my grandchildren's birthdays and Christmases among many other things. Because my son is languishing in prison for a non-violent, first-time drug offense.

He has been sentence to 12 years for being caught driving a vehicle with drugs. He has tested negative for drugs, he is not a user. He was involved in a gang distributing and dealing illegal substances of which he deeply regrets.

My son Isaiah has never denied his responsibility for the criminal offense committed. He has served half his sentence, displayed good behavior and conduct while under prison confines. He has earned certificates in automotive repair and maintenance under the prison rehabilitation programme. He is looking to better himself by learning skills that could help him raise his family in the hope of an early release. My son has done so much to improve his life inspite of imprisonment. Please give my grandchildren hope that they may live with their father again. They love him so much that these young children only dream to be reunited with Isaiah.

I have faith that the right course of action will be considered by the justice system.

Thank you for considering this request for leniency.

Sincerely,
Aisha Thomas

An Apology Letter Saying Sorry to Co-Worker

A sample sorry letter for office troubles. When a co-worker saves your sorry ass, its better to write a good apology letter to prove you're not that insensitive prick you're known to be at the office

Dear Rob,

I would like to apologize with the way I behaved yesterday. It was very unprofessional of me. I let my emotions get the better of me, and it showed my poor judgement in handling the situation with the client. I tend to get very emotional and my verbal tirade was very uncalled for.

I would like to thank you though inspite of my embarassing and rude behavior, you still covered for me. You didn't have to do that, but still you did and I never expected it at all. I am grateful because of what you did, I still have a job with this company. Thank you for understanding the level of stress I am going through, though like you said, it is not an excuse for bullshit. I learned it well, bro and I would definitely grow from this experience.

I still look forward to see this project through. See you Monday!

Regards,
Ross

Follow-up Request on Pay Raise Letter

You have created the perfect pay raise letter and sent it to your boss. Unfortunately, he ignores it and doesn't bother to email you back. Maybe its time for a more frank approach with this Follow-up Salary Increase sample letter.

Dear HR Officer

Good day!

I know you are very busy, but it has been a two weeks and I have received no response from you about my recent letters regarding my pay raise request. I would like to set up a meeting with you discussing my employment status at the marketing department.

To be honest, I can’t think of any other job I’ve enjoyed more in my career, and being part of Brand X commodities has been a true learning experience. I appreciate the trust and confidence the company has place in me through the past 14 months and I believe I have done everything possible to maintain that trust by meeting all expectations and soul-crushing deadlines.

I would really appreciate any update from the management or any concerns they might have about my request.

Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

Respectfully yours,

Sample Plea Letter to Judge for Leniency

A basic Plea letter asking for Leniency. Most plea letters are very detailed, so when writing one make sure to outline the important details about the person and her case, be mindful of dates and the key persons involved.

To District Court Judge,

We, the undersigned, support Janine Margaret Manson's plea for leniency and her petition for satisfaction of judgment.

There is reasonable doubt that she commited the crime for which he was originally charged and convicted, and we believe that her behavior since her imprisonment has been exemplary.

We hereby ask the district judge assigned to her case to extend leniency to a woman who was never been truly proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, and to declare that Janine Margaret Manson has fulfilled her punishment and has paid her debt to society.

Janine is absolutely no threat to anyone inside or outside the prison fence and promises to be an ideal citizen of North City if given the opportunity. Please restore our hope in justice, and send Janine home to her children.

Thank you very much for your time and consideration.

Payment Request Letter for Services

Clients have selective amnesia particularly when it comes to bills involving services (hard labor, man hours, contract work). Its easier for them to pay for tangible items because the thing will always serve as a constant reminder of what they've bought and are still paying for. Now if you are a service industry professional or contractor, this sample letter may be just what you need to get that payment settled.

Dear Miss Jovens,

As of May 20, we have received no response on our previous requests regarding the payment on invoice #10-555-20. This bill is being served for services rendered at your estate at 35-D Magnolia Drive which includes - topiary, gardening, weeding and pest control.

The service was approved according to your specifications and achieved on time as scheduled. Attached is the copy of the approval form of which you have signed on all service dates.

Since this invoice is now past our terms of net 30 days, please remit your payment via wire transfer, credit card or check today.

Sincerely,
Grey Gardens Topiary Services

Sample Billing & Collection Letter Requesting Payment

Follow-up Letter for Customer to pay up on overdue bill via wire transfer.

Dear Miss Anders,

I want to follow up our recent email exchange to remind you of our terms of sale and payment due dates. Your account now has an outstanding balance of $5,389, which is 180 days past due.

We have provided you an invoice for each purchase, and that invoice states the date payment is due in our office. Additionally, we send a monthly statement detailing all unpaid items. Your cooperation in remitting payment according to these agreed-upon terms is essential in continuing to do business with us.

Request Letter for Extension of Probation as Teacher

For teachers, the first three months of probation is crucial. Areas of concern should be address via an appeal letter to the Board of Education before any appraisal for tenure is made.

Dear Education Board,

I would like to request your kind of office for an extension of time to achieve my teacher's license.  The Teachers on Reserve (TOR) for Marymount High School came in too late into the semester and this is conflicting with my review schedule for the upcoming licensure exam for teachers. Unfortunately, my probation period is also coming to an end on March 8, 2012.

I am seriously seeking a permanent position as a faculty member and the licensure exam is all I need to complete the Board requirements prior to my performance review. This is the basis for permanent position.

I am a devoted and dedicated mentor and I feel I am very much qualified for this profession given the time and opportunity. I respectfully appeal to the Board to grant me the necessary extension.

Thank you very much

Sincerely yours,

Grace

Termination of Lease Letter

Kicking a tenant of a unit can be tricky, it would be ideal to just settle things amicably without getting into any misunderstanding or dispute. This letter is for the tenant reminding that the end of lease is near and should be looking into a new home.

Dear Sookie,

In lieu of our current situation, I would like to remind you of our termination of lease of agreement that we entered into last of 25, March 2012.

I would like to kindly point out the following terms in our agreement:

• Landlord and Tenant hereby mutually terminate and cancel the Lease effective March 25, 2012. Tenant hereby releases to Landlord all right, title and interest in and to the Premises that Tenant may have acquired by reason of the Lease.

• Tenant will vacate the Premises and surrender possession to the Landlord Three (3) months prior on the effective date hereof, free of all occupants.  The Premises shall be delivered to Landlord in the same condition as they were at the commencement of the Lease, reasonable wear and tear excepted.

Please refer to your copy of the complete End of a lease Contract for all the specifics of our arangement as Landlord and Tenant.

I am adamant that we settle this matter as soon as possible.

Sincerely,

Subhra the Landlord

Plea Letter to Social Welfare from Mother who has Evicted her Son

A mother seeks assistance from the government's social welfare office, to stage an intervention for her loved one, by getting her son into a drug and alcohol rehab facility.

To the Family Welfare & Social Services Committee,

This is regarding the case of my son, Philippe Scott whom I recently evicted from my home. He is of legal age and no longer a minor, I feel he is now capable of being responsible for his own welfare.

I am his mother, Anita J. Scott. I am suffering from Adult onset diabetes and its complications. Most of my earnings from my meager wages go to my medication and other living costs. I'm afraid I'm very much incapable of financially supporting my son now. He has been well-cared for as a child and given considerable education. I can no longer tolerate his abusive behavior in my household. He is confrontational and irresponsible. I am afraid he might set fire to the house as he has a habit of leaving lit cigarettes while falling asleep drunk.

Still, I am his mother and I would like to appeal to your kind office, if there is a program that can help my son address his behavioral issues. He has left the house and has no place to go right now, I'm afraid he might end up in a far worse state out in the streets.

I would like to ask for assistance to bring in my son to a community-based rehabilitation center where he can receive comprehensive care. Please let me know what to do and the case worker I can coordinate with regarding the matter, I can be reached at 555-55579.

Thank you for the time for evaluating his case, I would appreciate any help you may extend to my son.

Sincerely,
Anita J. Scott

Sample Letter to a Judge

An example plea letter to a judge highlighting the humanitarian acts and positive traits of the offender. In this case, a celebrity whose fans have taken decided to make a petition on her behalf. Regardless, whether she was indeed behaving irresponsibly.

Dear Judge,

We hope you will fully read and take into consideration the following sincere plea.

There is no lesson that Michelle Rodriguez could learn in 180 days that she couldn't learn in 18, or even 8. We do not believe that the imprisonment of this women is a demonstration of justice nor a fair punishment for her crimes. She is a good person. You were not allowed the opportunity to see Mayte Michelle Rodriguez the human, only the name on a legal document and if anything the "celebrity" name. To us, she is not a celebrity. We do not just support her for her few films or her professional career. We support her as a human being who, flaws included, has demonstrated so much kindness to others.

The Michelle Rodriguez we know when once stopped by a crying fan, told the fan that she's just a girl like her and took her with her to the movies and to hang out for the day with she and her friends. The Michelle we know was recently late to her own movie premiere, missing out on red carpet publicity for herself b/c she had stopped to talk to fans, sign autographs, and take photos on the streets of Toronto while the rest of the cast rode straight to the red carpet. She doesn't walk around with bodyguards, demand lists, nor a team of publicists. She is not a celebrity in any way that a celebrity is known. She speaks for herself, she's honest, and she's kind. She walks alone wherever she goes and NEVER turns down an autograph, a photo, a request for help, nor a demonstration of love.

The Michelle we know constantly strives to inspire women to be strong, self-loving, educated, and confident in themselves. The Michelle we know has a plan to develop a ranger program where kids can be taken from their confined and seemingly hopeless environments in inner cities and explore the world and learn about saving the environment and preserving nature. The Michelle we know does all she can to raise money and awareness for a small non-profit, animal-sheltering wildlife foundation in Florida run by a hard-working man and his elderly mother. The Michelle we know is in the process of writing an adventure movie for kids that will teach them the importance of showing love to animals, one's family, and to the world. This is the Michelle we know, plus so much more that you never got to see in your short time in a court room with her.

Whether she's walking in a runway show for MS Race for the Cure, appearing at US-troop supporting events, speaking at AIDS events, being honored by APCH in LA for her achievements and influence on young urban women, collecting funds for The Nature Sanctuary, or simply taking time out of her life to communicate messages of love to her fans....she does what she does for all the right reasons. She doesn't make hoards of money and she rarely gets publicity for any of her true loves which involve kids, animals, her family, and her fans. Instead she does it behind closed doors. What she also does behind closed doors is absorb every ounce of knowledge she can. Self taught, she's educated herself in history, art, science, metaphysics, psychology, world cultures, and the likes. The Michelle of today is not the same Michelle of 2 years ago who committed that second DUI, or even the same Michelle of a year ago. She is not perfect, and even she will admit she's made many mistakes, but she's ever evolving, as we all are.

Michelle has young fans who were rape victims, domestic abuse victims, of low-income upbringings and so on and they hold her as an inspiration that someone can come from a troubled background and overcome obstacles and find success b/c she herself did the same, growing everywhere from Texas to the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico, losing her father young, and spending her teen years surviving the ghettos of Jersey. Michelle knows the responsibility she has and the opportunity for communication she has in her position, especially due to her highly publicized mistakes. She expresses this to friends and family and fans all the time. She is aware, and she does her very best. And she is always growing and is always trying to learn what she can from the "school of life" as she so appropriately calls it.

We are asking, nay begging you to have mercy on Ms. Rodriguez and reverse or lesson your decision for her to serve so much time behind bars. She is a good soul and has much to offer the world that cannot be achieved if imprisoned for such an amount of time. Please. Please rethink and lesson this sentence. Thank you very much for your time. And as Michelle herself so often says in response to anyone and everyone who shows support or kindness to their fellow man: One Love.

Thank you.

Dear Colette,

I have here the lesson plan outline that we will use for all our subjects. If you've made your own already, please have it verified by the Academic supervisor.

Still, I would require you to read through what we have now. I've already suggested some lecture topics we can cover this semester. This is based on the manual that we have (our former course outline the past year) which worked very well with the students.

Should you need to add/edit please feel free to do so.

Thanks!

Request Letter Change of Class Schedule

Dear Principal,

I would like to request a change of class schedule due to the counselling sessions with our school counselor, Mrs. Herbert. They are conflicting with the schedule of my Math classes with Mrs. Gruber.

Decline Letter due to Conflict of Interest

Dear Mr. Fuchs,

Thank you very much for considering our line of Lead-free turbines. It is a pioneering product in industrial and steel equipments.

As discussed previously, your San Bernandino District project has so much potential. However, our company cannot take on such an undertaking due to legal and exclusivity restrictions in your area. Therefore, we must comply with regulations and pass up this opportunity.

I have, however, shared your needs with one of our colleagues, Louis Thorp of LifeAquatiqs, who has expressed an interest in your project, he will get in touch with you within the week. Perhaps they can create a better service plan than we could have offered you under our circumstances.

In any event, we wish you the best in your project.

Regards,
Sam Rochester
Manager

Letter Declining to Bid due to Supply and Schedule

How to politely decline an invitation to bid letter without burning any bridges with the client.

Dear Mr. Lamont,

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to bid on your requirements for the upcoming Relief Goods Charity.

We are not, however, submitting a bid at this time because we are unable to meet your supply demand and delivery schedules. At present, we are unable to supply the large amount of canned good products to the Bay Area.

We want to remain on your bid list and, perhaps on future quotations, to bid by product within these areas where we can supply.

Thank you for your interest in our company.

Regards,

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to bid on the La Mesa Towers Interiors for your renovation project.

In any case, please have us on your list of bidders for any future needs.

Very truly yours,

Happy Teachers Day letter!

Dear Teacher Potts,

I know you'll be getting a lot of apples on your desk today. A lot of presents and notes from everyone in class. I hope you don't mind getting one more, mine's kinda special because I spent all night drawing this picture of a mongoose.

You taught me that a mongoose is a clever animal that can kill a snake in the wild. I think that's pretty cool! Much like you are

This just in from Virginia, an advisory sent to all department heads:

Letter Following up on the Telephone Conversation

Getting back to your customer after several conversations on the telephone regarding the details of their order.

Hello Susan,

Just to confirm what we discussed earlier on the phone, this regarding the embellishments on the bridesmaids dresses. You want low cut necklines, tight bodices lilac and lavender appliques on the hems.

I'm just counter checking to make sure. So we can start with the embroidery tonight, we are on a tight deadline since all of the appliques are handcrafted and hand sewn into the fabric.

Please let me know when all the girls can come for an initially fitting.

Concern Letter from Sister about Boyfriend's Infidelity

Dear Jenn,

I saw Pip at the commissary with some blonde and they weren't shopping for bananas. He's obviously seeing someone else behind your back, how you still refuse to see through his shit is bewildering.

I worry about you, girl. Stop listening to that heart of yours and for once, use your head. You can always go home to us if that's what you're worried about. You'll always have family.

Your sister,
Jeanine
