Thank You Letter for Performance Bonus

Dear Management,

Thank you for recognizing the hard work we rendered for the company. We appreciate the monetary reward given. I hope the company would continue to invest more on spot bonuses and even non-cash perks for employees throughout the year, and not just the annual Christmas bonus. This kind of incentive is a truly a good thing for employee morale and company productivity.
