Employee Reply to Changes in Company Policy Letter

Dear Team,

I have received the memo and these changes will really make a huge changes to our protocols.
Hope this was discussed thoroughly prior to being implemented without any warning.

At the end of the day, will this decision drive us all insane? Probably not.
But I wish us all the luck in the world to pull this off.

Happy Monday,
Luther

Performance Rating Letter on Employee

Probationary employment refers to an employee being place on a six month probationary period before being offered a contract of regular employment or a regular position in the company with benefits.

Here's a letter citing critical factors in the work performance of a probationary employee.

Dear Human Resources Manager,

Chesca Martin was able to sustain an excellent performance on several large project activities. She proactively recognizes opportunities to respond to all customer inquiry issues while displaying polite behavior toward clientele in manner of speech and actions. She has consistently arrived at work on time and completed assigned responsibilities before her deadlines. She is also technically skilled in a number of accounting and SaaS softwares.

She has performed above expectations during her six month probationary period. I would like to recommend that you proceed with hiring her as a full time employee for regularization.

Thank you,
Supervisor

ROTA Schedule UK Letter

Letting co-workers know a change in work rotation just happened to you.

Dear Guys,

I'm back from vacation and on night shift schedule until July 18th. You gotta love the ROTA schedule in the UK, you leave for a bit of fresh air and get back to a sudden change of schedule. I'll be filing a ROTA request to get my original work schedule back. Late nights do not bode well for my migraines.

For any pending reports for the shifts I missed, leave them on my table, you'll get everything back signed the next day.

Please Stop Popping the Bubble Wrap During Office Breaks

Notice to all Employees:

Please stop popping the bubble wrap during your free time. The bubble wrap is intended for our fragile products, not for your personal therapeutic use. We have notice a decrease in our bubble wrap rolls in the supply closet. If you cannot withdraw from said activity, you are allowed to bring or purchase your own bubble wrap for your own enjoyment during breaks.

Sincerely,
HR Manager

Thanks,

Sample Letter Complaining about Employee Behavior at Work

A complaint letter addressing the issue of a co-worker's behavior and performance at work which is affecting the whole department team. The letter is given to human resources hoping that the employee's personal issues may be resolved through intervention by their immediate superiors.

Dear Human Resources Officer,

As you all know, I have nothing but great respect for those I work with everyday. But lately, Cristina's tardiness (coming in late, long lunch breaks and disappearing during work hours) is really affecting our production process. We really need her to be here for us and focused on her tasks. We cannot proceed to do our own jobs unless she finishes up the assembly forms assigned to her. And we are running out of time to make the May 27th deadline.

I would like to help her by informing you that Cristina may have a serious problem in her life right now that is affecting her work. I know how important and loyal she is to the company. I trust that you will do the right thing by talking to her. We are very concerned for her welfare.
I hope you will be able to help her out.

If you would like me to explain the situation further, please let me know.

Best Regards,
Joey
