Company Advisory Letter on H1N1 Swine Flu Virus

Good Day to All!

In connection with the H1N1 virus/flu outbreak in the news today, our office will have Hand Sanitizers and Antibacterial Soaps for each employee starting tomorrow. Flu vaccines are also provided for free by our HMO. Employees who would like to request for the flu shots may email me for an appointment at our company clinic.

Also, any employees showing signs of possible H1N1 infection should report to his/her immediate supervisor immediately so that we can refer you to our HMO provider for immediate testing and medical attention. Everyone is advised to take prudent measures to ensure that we continuously enjoy a safe and healthy working environment.

Please read the attached document from the Department of Health and Sanitation guidelines for the H1N1 prevention in the workplace. If you have any concerns/questions regarding the H1N1 virus/flu and/or its prevention, pleased don't hesitate to call the attention of the undersigned.
