Request Letter for Company Perk such as a Phone

For us employees money isn't everything, sometimes a simple work perk is enough to make us stay onboard.

Here's a sample letter asking to own a company issued phone. Just be straightforward if you want to ask your boss for an extra company perk.

Dear Boss,

The company-issued phone is very useful to me. It has made my job more efficient in more ways than one. Since its care is my responsibility, would it be possible for me to own the phone through monthly salary deductions? If you're open to such an arrangement, that would be great. To be honest, it would be difficult for me at my current situation to own a similar smart phone such as this. I hope the company can support me on this one.
