Promissory Note for Tuition Fee

To Whom It May Concern,

I have received the tuition fee notice due this week.

For now, we will pay the amount of $2,000 prior the exams. We are hoping for your consideration that you will allow my child - Ryan Jay Goods - to take the required exams this week. We will settle the remaining tuition fee of $1,500 amount on March 1, 2015.
