I am on leave today, my mom is sick and I have to be with her for a medical procedure. She is very old and must have someone to assist her. I will let you know tomorrow if I can come to work. I will also file the necessary leave forms tomorrow or Wednesday when am back.

Dear Employees,

The official payroll cut off period is March 16. For those employees who went on leave and haven't filed their official number of vacation leaves yet, kindly submit your leave forms to me not later than 10AM on Friday, March 22. For those who rendered overtime during their shift, you have until 9AM on Monday to submit your overtime forms at the payroll department. If you miss the cut off deadline, the incurred leaves and overtime pay will not be included in the upcoming pay period.

I hope you may reconsider my day of absence as a leave.

My mother is currently in recovery and my sister has taken over caring for her. I will not be missing any work days this week.
