Emergency Leave Letter: How to Leave Work Early

Dear Boss,

I don't feel quite well today. I barely made it to the office, but I've been here for a few hours now and I feel like I can't stay and work. I have been throwing up since this morning. I will file for a sick leave, now and hopefully will be well for work tomorrow.

What a way to start the new year :(
