Demand Letter for Refund

Dear [Name],

I have availed of the Chief Chef Salad Set during a promo offer at the Ohio General Mall. I purchased it for $100 from your company. Since that time I have found that some of the parts are defective. That being the case, I must insist on a refund of the full purchase price or a full replacement of your product as stated in your warranty.

Attached with this letter is my proof of purchase. I would appreciate it if you would send me a refund as soon as possible. I look forward to your prompt attention on this matter.

Thank you very much,

Promissory Note with Partial Payment

A Promissory Note that states the whole amount of the bill and the Partial Payment made by the tenant, in lieu of his water bill.

Dear [Name],

I, [name] [address] will be able to pay [amount] from my total bill of [amount]. I agree to pay the remaining balance of [amount] on [date]. For now, I am unable to settle the full amount.

In this regard however, I would like to thank your kind office for the billing extension and for the continued use of the building's water supply.

Thank you very much,

Request Letter for Flight Change without Penalty

As an experienced traveler, one should be mindful of the policies of different airlines, so make sure to notify the airline of any change of flight plans or suffer waiting for hours at the airport lounge. Worst, an airline could forfeit the value of your ticket or charge you with a bigger amount than what you originally paid for.

Imagine, what a short email to the airline customer service can do for your convenience?

---

To Whom It May Concern,

I have booked my flight early to get a good fare rate and seating. Unfortuantely, now that I am scheduled to fly on [date], an important meeting at work has come up and I am required to change my flight to [date].

I am seeking a flight change and I hope your airline can permit my new itinerary without penalty or if possible, a nominal fee to exchange my current ticket.

For years, I have been a loyal traveller and I have accumulated a lot of Miles under your Frequent Flyer program. As a regular customer, I would just like to have a guaranteed seat on the date. Please kindly have compassion for my situation.

Sincerely yours,
Letterbarn
