Request Letter for a Pay Raise

Dear Sir,

I have been working in your highly respected organization since March 16, 2002 as a Product Specialist.

I believe that that I have done my job well- completed my tasks on time and even worked overtime when needed. I have always been punctual and meticulous about my output.

Currently, I am getting $1,200 as my monthly salary. I would like to request for a suitable salary increment for my performance.
