Dear Susan,

Your letter is as touching as it is powerful. You did it very well and made your case very clear. I imagine that was a hard letter to write. I've faced similar battles and I know how frustrating things can be.

You know we're all pulling for you and I hope those people would finally come to their senses and settle.
