Notice to Employees on Office Issues

To All,

The Boss and I needed to review some new strict policies.

We also want to collaborate with all of you on how can we make this 2009 more successful, by giving us new ideas from an employee point of view. We want to know from your end how can we improve repeat business from clients and a higher percentage on referrals. Meaning, the more business we get, the better we can shower you with the perks and extras.

Furthermore, we would like to hear any feedback (good or bad). This may range from employer-employee issues, work flow dilemma, business ethics, etc.

Memo regarding Company Policy

To All,

I know we have a lot of work lately, but we need everybody's cooperation to get things done on time. I would appreciate it, if some of you better not do their freelance work during official company hours or waste our company hours playing Counterstrike.

After all we are not your competition, we are your company and you are our lifeblood. Let's help each other out. All you have to do is communicate your needs. There is a time for everything.
