Invitation Letter to Consultant for Client Presentation

A sample request letter inviting the company consultant to make an important client presentation.

Dear Consultant,

As part of your brief, PennyLane LLC would like to ask you to present our latest innovations to MagriteTech on Tuesday, May 4, 2010. They are interested in our line of servers of which you are our prime expert. MargriteTech specializes in transformative aesthetics and bioresearch in the cosmetics industry. 

I have gone over with Alfred from Marketing with this list of ideas. Please include the folowing in your 18-minute talk:
1. Pennylane Vision Statement
2. Work around research topics that are important to the client
3. Our Payment Scheme and Licensing agreements
4. Offer our 30-day trial purchase package

If possible, engage the client in the demonstration of the said products and be prepared to answer questions about the PennyVibe Ultralite 2010 and the PennyThingamagig V.2
