Do Not Be Late for Meeting Letter

Dear Marketing people,

The boss will meet with all of you tomorrow at 1 pm at the South Hall conference room. She has another appointment at 2:30pm so please do not be late. Please notify the secretary her secretary
if you are held up or not coming at all.

Last time you asked for a meeting, not only were a lot of you late, but didn't even bother showing up. And please do not just send a department representative, because the boss is not sending a rep. Do the courtesy of personally attending if you want to keep your jobs.
