Late again? Here's an excuse letter for missing an important event:
Dear Martha,
I am late today due to the horrible traffic. Though its inexcusable to run late for our meeting, its the good honest truth.I left home 3 hours early, but it seems everyone had the same idea to hit the road by 5pm. Really sorry.
