Shifting to a New Account within the Company Letter

Are you a Call Center Agent wanting to shift to a new client account? Or are you an employee interested in changing careers within the company? This letter is for you:

Dear HR Supervisor,

Last week, I applied for the position of Fraud Specialist. I have not yet heard back from HR regarding this position and would like to confirm receipt of my application. I am very much interested doing an inter-department transfer at this point.

I have been working in the Billing department accounts for the last 2 years, but my previous work experience at a credit card company has given me the skill set to handle your new incoming account.

I believe I have done well at this position the last 3 years and now that a new account has open up that's right up my alley which is 'Fraud and Collections'. I feel I'm better suited to handle these kinds of calls. You may refer to my previous supervisors about my track record.

Since it is a new client and you are building a new team I think I can bring a lot to the table and get this new department organized. Please let me know if you have any questions or if there is anything else you need from me.

I am looking forward to hearing from you!

Thank you,
Susan Martin
