Follow-Up Letter to Creative Team

A sample Follow-Up Letter to a member of the Creative Team about work on a project

Hello Sandy,

I've enclosed the files I have so far. I need you to come up with something spectacular by Monday so I can present the initial specs to the client. See what you can do with it!

For inspiration, please refer to our team's mood board for color and themes.

Thanks Sandy for the consistent output. It's been such a pleasure working with you at the studio!

Cheers,
Fab Fonda

Request for Help from Co-Worker

Dear Colleague

I’ve detailed below the latest information I have on the BizGrocers Inc. project after speaking with two sales managers last week. What I need from you is a statement of our position with this customer. I need to meet with Jim Henson again on May 16 to convey our position on this situation.

To detail my latest information:
• The anticipated delivery date of new items that are to be on display.
• Total shipment of non trade items from suppliers.
• Total quantity figures of disposal aging items and damaged merchandise.

Thank you for shedding some light on this situation, your analysis and recommendation will greatly improve our business relations with BizGrocers Inc.

Best Regards,
Co-Worker
