Status of SSS Loan Letter

Dear SSS Loan Officer,

I am in need of your assistance in following up the status of my SSS loan. I have applied for the salary loan last August 10,2016 and it was encoded in same date August 10,2016. When I checked online via my SSS account - it states that I already have a check date, a check number, check amount, and it also says "CHECK GENERATED". Expecting that this has been duly processed, I've waited 3 weeks already and I have yet to receive my check and I really need it badly for my family.

I hope someone from your end can clarify and assist me on this matter.
