Incident Letter: Apology and Respect

Dear Julia,

I am writing about the incident with Louise, to be honest I'm quite in awe of her and how she handled the situation. She was one of the first to approach me and apologize in behalf of her crew. It takes guts to say sorry, and even to take responsibility for an incident that wasn't even her fault. I'm glad she was there at that moment or else things could have escalated quickly.

She has my respect.

Leave Her Alone Letter

Dear Bea,

It's her life and her decision alone. So stay out of it.
Whatever she does with herself is hers to bear. Even I don't get a say in, not a word in on what she does. Respect is a two way street.
