Thank You for Housewarming Gift Letter
Dear Martha,
Thank you for your gift! I've always wanted this art deco wallpaper and now I finally have it. I got it plastered in 3 rooms already and looking at it makes me happy. Perks me up in the morning, though I might do a little adjustment with the spacing in the nursery but its close to perfect! The international shipment took longer to arrive, but well worth the wait. Now I'm back to my nesting duties!

Wedding is Off Letter: Bride and Groom Break Up Before Wedding
Dear Judy,
Yes, I've heard about the ruckus. Let's just hope nothing serious happened. If they decide to part ways, I hope they could have ended it amicably with their families in mind. I feel for everyone involved, so much planning and wasted time, and yeah all those feelings, hopes and dreams that come with something this grand of a proposal. On the other hand, I hope they do tell everyone what their decision is real soon. I'm about to travel, I don't even know if I should even show up for the event. I don't want to escalate the situation, but I want to be there to support either parties. I'm not a relative, but I'm very close to both of them. Above all, pray. It helps.

Sorry for Not Replying to Emails Letter
Dear Cassandra,
Sorry I didn't know you've been sending me messages. Yes I hardly use email anymore, mostly just FB messenger, Whastapp, Kakao Talk and Snapchat. When people ask me what my email is, so they can send me attachments, I always tell them to find me on any popular mobile app. Its faster this way, don't you think?
So fire away, whatever you need me for :)
Xoxo,
Suzy

Reply Letter to Snarky Condescending Email
Someone sent you a bad vicious email trying to put down your character? Take the high road and answer back with this letter:
Dear Florida,
I don't know how to appropriately respond to your email without escalating this any further. Please stop ignoring the facts and use your critical thinking skills for once. You can be passionate and emotional about what you believe in, its your choice, but still in spite of everything do make a well-reasoned judgment. Most people take a blind leap of faith, not having thought of the consequences of their emotions over reason. Beyond us, do remember there's a job to be done, and there are people relying on us as a team. I will slug through as best as I can and simply ignore your unhelpful statements.
Mindy

Reply Letter: Issue is Seriously Being Looked Into
Here's a sample follow up letter to subordinates to buy you some time to negotiate the matter.
Dear Wylan,
I received your email though it's not technically accurate on my part to decide on this matter, but suffice it to say if you need an answer to tell your team, do inform them that the issue is seriously being looked into. Once approved, all will be operational ahead of our target dates.

Break Up with You Letter
Dear Tina,
I find it prudent to break up with you. I know this shouldn't surprise you at all. Times with you are often fraught with arguments, sometimes so petty and yet you make them out to be mountains. I think the time off away from each other would do us good. Its about time we separate and make our own way into the world. Let us not dwell on the past anymore, starting today we both have our freedoms to enjoy.
