Reply Letter: Issue is Seriously Being Looked Into

Here's a sample follow up letter to subordinates to buy you some time to negotiate the matter.

Dear Wylan,

I received your email though it's not technically accurate on my part to decide on this matter, but suffice it to say if you need an answer to tell your team, do inform them that the issue is seriously being looked into. Once approved, all will be operational ahead of our target dates.

Here's a quick reply letter you can send your customer while you wait for your boss or other business details to come through. This is to let the client know that you've received their concerns and are working on it.

Thanks for your reply.  I will get back to you the soonest.

In the meantime, do you have any materials we could review
so we can look into your business process further.
