Parent's Permission Letter

Most Schools hand out permission letters to parents to avoid any legal ramifications in the event something untoward occurs during a school festivity. Otherwise, it is often a fun and wholesome event for the kids and community.


Dear Parents,

Your child has been chosen to perform at [name of event/concert] to be held on [date] at [time] in [location]. This promises to be a highly enjoyable event and your attendance is of utmost importance to your child and the school community.

If you would like your child to perform at this concert please complete the reply slip below with your signature. Please submit this form to any faculty or school staff as soon as possible..
