Feedback Letter from Boss regarding Project

A polite yet direct email from the boss regarding a work project

Hello Sam,

Thank you for the time and all the thought you've put into your suggestions. Here is my feedback regarding the project titles:

• I agree with Ted from marketing that the project titles are a bit long and would be a problem for registration. And from a recall standpoint, it might not work.

• How about a title that is related to the region of the brand? Or that focuses on the age group.

• Please refer to the last user survey for ideas.

I am still keeping the list of names you sent on active until you come up with new ones by Monday.

Regards,
Cindy

Notice from the Boss: An Angry letter to an Employee

Dear Employee,

I hired you for the following reasons - to do this job and to do it right. If you can't do both, I suggest you hand over the project to someone who can.

I do not want to hear any more excuses, you have been given enough time to sort this out your way. Apparently, your methods are not working, accept that fact and get on a new plan. A better one. The clock is ticking towards that deadline.

I suggest you get your department in order this week. Believe me, you do not want me there cleaning up your mess.

Regards,
Angry Boss

Letter Addressing Office Deadlines and Turnaround Time

Dear Assistant,

This is regarding the deadline for the monthly reports. I would like to get the documents turned back around to the client as quickly as possible. Please edit the content per the guidelines and start sending the technical documentation to the sales crew in Marsdale. That way they can see all the work we are doing and they could catch any hangups before we complete all the files. I think this is the ideal work flow.

Thanks and have a wonderful day!

Regards,
The Boss
