Sample Father's Day Letter
Dear Dad,
Let me just say for the record, I don't like it when you keep tabs on me and what I do with my friends when I'm not home, but I'm sure glad you're there for me when I mess up big time. Thank you for pushing me as hard as always, I just want to let you know that I always try to do the right thing because I want you to feel proud of me.
You're Awesome! Happy Father's Day!
Your son,
James

Letter to Employer Regarding Office Scandal
Dear Sir,
I would like to address the viral video and scandalous photos circulating in our intranets and office facebook page. This has been inflaming passions within our office walls and inciting unwarranted anger and harassment towards innocent employees. What actions will your office be taking in regards to these issues?
I suggest an open forum be held. I would like to see certain people be held accountable for their immature actions.
Yours Truly,
Steve Boehmett

Letter filing a legal suit against employer for unpaid Work
Its really unfortunate that we have to come to terms this way. But you leave me no choice as you have completely ignored my emails. I am taking you to court.
You have already profited from our hard work, as a contractor please have the conscience to pay your freelancers. This is very unprofessional and morally, such business practices disgusts me.
Please expect to hear from my lawyer within the week.
May God help you.

Explanation Letter for Lack of Certificate of Employment
Here is an explanation letter why you are unable to provide a certificate of employment from a past employer or company
Dear Sir,
In line with your application requirements, I am unable to provide a certificate of employment for my work duration for Green Fields LLC which I was employed full-time ten years ago. The company has closed back in 2008 due to the economic recession and all administrative employees handling employee records have moved on to other companies. I have tried my best to contact any legal representative of the company, but to no avail.
What I can do is provide an attestation letter from a former supervisor who had worked at Green Fields LLC during the time I was employed. I hope this document would suffice.
Hoping for your consideration.
Thank you very much,
Lea Claire Woodrow

Notice of Conflict of Interest Letter with Company Policy
A letter regarding an employee's activities that results in a Conflict of Interest with the company's policy.
Dear Mr. Pembrooke Saun,
As an employee of Haber and Sons LLC, you have an obligation to give your complete loyalty to the best interest of the company. Please discontinue your freelance copywriting work and editorial column with the Daily Tribunal. As this was brought to my attention, this appears to be a conflict of interest with the company, particularly the publisher has a direct business relationship with a direct competitor of Haber and Sons LLC.
Please note that you are under obligation to disclose any situation that presents a possibility of conflict with our company. Disclosure of any potential conflict is key in remaining in full compliance of this policy.
Please advise me of you compliance as soon as possible.
Regards,
Fransworth Gerber

Reply Letter Regarding Point Person
Here's a letter trying to coordinate the possible point person to get info from.
Dear Rose,
Regarding your inquiry on the floor plan size of the Ruby Towers, the point person to ask is Mrs. Norville of Gold Estates. I tried contacting her earlier, but I've yet to get a response from her. Maybe you could also try asking the engineering department for blue prints of the floor plans.
