Employment Termination Letter and Status of Probationary Period Employees

A training period for all employees in the company lasts depending on the department team which you are hired for. Some companies have an employment orientation period of 30-90 days, this serves as an adjustment period for trainees, as well as time for the company to assess the employee's performance.

Dear Supervisor,

After careful review of the employee performance report for the quarter, we would like you to submit a status recommendation regarding the new batch of hires.

We would like to remind you that if an employee under your wing is unable to meet the performance and expectations of the job, employment can be terminated at anytime during the probationary period.

Please be advised.
