Letter Requesting Transfer of Location within the Organization

Looking into relocating into another branch of your office? Try this request for transfer letter so you may relocate into your hometown or transfer close enough to your loved ones.

Dear  Sir,

I would like to request for a location transfer. I have been working at Semtexaco for 6 years as a Junior Development Assistant. I have heard through my supervisor Terry Wallis that the company is opening a branch in Hopesprings, Nevada. This fortunately is the town I grew up in. The possible relocation would allow me to be with my infirmed mother who is currently under the care of a nursing facility.

The transfer will also prove to be beneficial for the company as I am familiar with local key people and businessmen in the area. As a Junior Development Assistant, I have sufficient experience when it comes to forecasting products and media planning.

Also I would like to note that my supervisor Terry Wallis is supportive of my intent for transfer and he would gladly meet with you regarding any concerns about my suitability for the Nevada area.

I sincerely hope that my request would be given the utmost consideration.

Thank you very much

Truly yours,
Miranda Kerry

Emergency Paternity Leave Letter

When your wife goes into distress and makes an early delivery, time to retract that paternity leave letter and file a new one.

Dear Sir:

I am requesting my Paternity Leave rather early than my scheduled and approved leave of April 2010.

My wife has gone into labor and an emergency C-section was made by her OBgyne this morning. Please see attached the Doctor's Letter. I will not be reporting for work the next few days to take care of my wife and child. I will be on leave from March 15 to March 30.

Julia Hemsfield from Accounting has agreed to cover my auditing duties for the client this week. For any other concerns I may have left unaddressed, you may call me directly.

Kind Regards,
John Thomas

Recommendation Letter for Aupair

To Whom It May Concern,

We are a family of five living in the LaBrouste area. We have three kids- Max, Deidre and Camille. They are ages 3, 5 and 7 years old and they can be quite a handful. It was at this time Maman et Bebe, an aupair agency sent us Marian Lutz to stayed with us as an aupair for the next six months. Marian is also a short course student at the Ecole near our residence. It was her first time to live in Paris under a Host Family.

Marian has basic knowledge of French and could communicate easily with my children. As she pursued classes at the University on certain days of the week, she was able to talk and learn French in a conversational manner within those six months. Marian has proven to be a bright, smart and sensitive individual.

My wife and I both managed out boutique business at Montparnasse. The shop would require us to work late and long hours during peak tourists season. Marian was the support we needed in our household during these busy months. She did the housework tasks very well and looked after my children. She takes them to school, prepares their meals and tucks them to bed when we are out late.

Being the caring individual that she is, my children do not hesitate to ask for Marian's help or advice when it comes to school. She is very much like a big sister to all my children. She is respectful of the boundaries and guidelines we set in the household, she is well-mannered and is considerate of our privacy. She has become close to us and we consider her as part of the family.

Having Marian with us made things easier and now that the six months have passed, we surely miss her presence and her warm smile in our kitchen every morning.

We strongly recommend her as an aupair for young kids. I would like to remind you as a host family too that Marian Lutz is also quite young herself, she is only 19 years old yet she has done remarkably well for someone her age to be independent, away from her home, exploring the world and immersing in a different culture altogether. Marian maybe young, but she is also well-adjusted and reliable lady.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email me or do not hesitate to contact me at this telephone number +555 7896 876

Truly Yours,
Galen and Yvette Cambronne

Letter Informing Hotel Guests About Hotel Bed Linens and Detergent

Dear Guest,

A greener Earth begins with You.

Large amount of detergent is used for washing hotel bed linens and bath towels. This pollutes our environment, especially aquatic habitats.

To reduce usage of water and pollutants, bed linens in occupied rooms will be change every third day. If you wish to change your bed linens before the third day, please place the laundry notice card on your pillow.

Kindly place your towels on the towel rack if you would like to re-use them.
Should you wish to change your towels, please leave them in the shower cubicle.
Let’s work together towards a Greener Earth.

Sincerely,
North Bay Hotel
