Please give my regards to your brother. I hope he is feeling better and doing well. Lately, people have been asking me about him - so I guess it wouldn't be a stretch to ask you? I imagine it wouldn't be hard to piece together what really happened, but I would prefer to know the truth straight from you. Also to let you know that people have been talking as much shit about him - which I really hate because I know your bro and that's so untrue what they're all saying. I always bump into him at university, and we get to chat a bit about our current projects and the people we hang out with. He's a cool guy, so there's that!

We are giving out SSS E-1 (Personal Record) forms at the College Guidance and Counseling Center. There are only limited copies, thus, the forms are only available on a first-come-first-served basis. The form can also be downloaded from the SSS website as shown on the SSS Number Application 101 video.
Bring your duly accomplished SSS E-1 forms, together with the complete requirements, on the Job Fair. See announcements for details.

Excuse Letter for Boil
Dear HR,
I'll be missing work today, I will be having this really large pus-filled boil drained at outpatient services. I am on antibiotics and painkillers already, but my doctor insists on having a procedure done. It will require stitches to keep the skin in place and I would need some bed rest for a day or two.

Happy Birthday Daughter Letter

Wow! I just can't believe that my baby girl is turning 14 today! It's getting harder each year to come up with something original to say on your birthday! There are no words to describe how Mommy feels when it comes to talking about you, but I'm gonna try. And just starting this, brings tears of joy! Crazy, I know!
Do know my love that you have the best traits of me and your dad, but you are also you're own unique individual and you dare to be just you! And in this day and age that's hard to do. Excuse Letter for Missing Night Shift
Dear HR Officer
Due to an emergency situation at home I was unable to report to my evening shift 11pm-6am Wave 2 at Building B. I had to take my mother to the nearest emergency ward, she suffered a myocardial infarction and is currently in the ICU. I will be reporting to work tomorrow, I just need to ensure that the doctors give my mother the best care possible. I also need help from the company regarding the scope of our Medical Aid Card, my mother will be requiring surgery. Please do know I am her only son and there's no one else I can rely at the moment. My relatives will be here in two days so I can report for work.

I've just gotten out of emergency services due to the bad salad I ate at the office cafeteria two days ago. I'm suffering from an intestinal infection due to e. coli with high fevers as well. I am going back to hospital if my diarrhea turns bloody. Please be advise I will not be at work for at least three days, as advised by the doctor. Please see attached medical advisory and ER papers.

Job Leave Letter for Child's Graduation: Excuse Letter for Graduation Ceremony
Dear Human Resources Manager,
I would like to be excuse this Thursday, May 26. I will not be reporting for work as it is my son's college graduation. I have filed for the proper leave process months before, and I have yet to receive confirmation if my leave dates have been processed. Please do advise soonest - I have been very cooperative and by the book on this, even sending you the graduation invites and details. In fact, I have not even acquired any of the 13 day allowable vacation leaves allotted by the company for the year, and for this very personal reason, I would like to claim or use one of these vacation leaves.
If my leave is not permitted. I'm afraid I will still not be available for work on that date, I am sorry, but I will be there for my son's special day. Please deduct the necessary fees from my wages or inform me asap of any disciplinary measure I am due to face for taking the leave of absence.
